I only got GM tier at highest, but I cant help to say im feeling the usage of ult is bit conservative.
Despite ap ult can do a lot of dmg and yes the center has true dmg, but still would be way better using as almost like a zoneing tool or poking tool to lower as many as enemies HP down so they cant contest dra or baron, lot of times he held it way too tight looking for a perfect centered ult on enemy resulting them taking all the objectives.
If the ult was used when enemy start the dra/baron, even blindly at the entry of the pit, would fall back the enemy once they found it actually hurt siting in the ult, then ur team would have better positioning and jhin could use his W to catch ppl off-guard from distance as well.

love mandate one of the best items so underrated

Nearly never used his ult despite imperial mandate and malignance, flaming orianna for her damage when he basically has same damage as skarner, most of the ults were terribly placed, had so many CS and yet was completely useless, basically a support that only has a skill every 50s, also always flaming his team mates.... This has got to be a joke lmao, at least his barrels are clean I guess, decent micro and good laning.
