SBI RINB – How to Change Mobile Number Online Without Visiting Branch

This video does not show from the beginning.. it does not provide from which plat form we have to do these . It seems like there are 10 steps and the video shows the steps from 6 to 10 , and does not show the steps from 1 to 5.
The SBI is not at all bothered about the requirements of customers. Just uploading some useless videos for name sake. It is better to close SBI account and open an account with some other banks instead of staying with this type of arrogant bank.

I've changed my mobile number through IRATA, but I think the new number is changed in INB only. I can't login to YONO with the old or new number, and even the debit card OTP is coming to the old number.

It was written there while changing the number that the new number will reflect everywhere (INB, CBS, ATM, etc.). Then what's the issue?

i am trying to make transaction by online and not yet received the OTP. many time retry no use..................

Old number is not working

There is no auch option of changing by otp in both the number. And these guys should inform that you can't do the change without visiting branch or atm.

what about NRI clients

Please make a video sir even after changing the SBI account mobile number, the old number is receiving SMS

In how many days the number will get changed after completion of the process

My Old Account Just Get Activated now But It is linked with my Father's number So How should I change the number to My number

Hello SBI,
I requested to change mob no. via bank but they mistakely changed one digit of mob no.
Now am able to receive sms updates on previous mob no. but only on online sbi site otp is going on wrong mob no.
I informed to branch 3 to 4 times but nothing any happened.
So, how I change mob no for onlinr sbi site?

SBI call centre is so pathetic. I asked them how to change mobile number and she said visit your branch. I asked which documents will I need and she answered just take all your documents.
And here is a 5 year old video.
Looks like they are only trained to pick up the phone and say "go to your branch".

While changing the registered mobile number, I am only able to see IRATA option. Website is not displaying "By OTP on both Mobile Number" and Approval through Contact center. Has anyone else face this issue ?

Use less information first understand SBI changed the login with out mobile number OTP online not possible.

For NRI who won't live in India and can't change mobile number. What is this process ? There is a way to get the number changed by customer. How can I visit the branch ? Branch will never care customers to respond by email or call

My registered mobile number has been lost how can I change it

Extremely disappointing service. The Login itself is using OTP. What if I lost the phone? Makes no sense.
