My wife and sons just got back from Japan last weekend. While there they visited Happy Pancake, Norizo, and Kinryo. They wholeheartedly recommend the places and thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Hey Paolo. What you did in eating shark fin was disgusting. It's an embarrassment. I surmise you are familiar with the process in which shark finds are harvested, as well as the state of global shark populations and their trends.

I made the mistake of eating shark fin soup once in Japan when I was young and did not know. I never made the mistake again and hope you follow suit accordingly.

yes I've seen the videos. it's not any more evil. its just easier to hate on since the target market doesn't look like someone you're family with. foie gras , veal, 90% of chicken, including the ones ppl claim are freerange/organic... all are probably more cruel.
