When you have your opponent by the short and curlies and you know it. And they know it too.

The young guy wanted to impress and intimidate..... A that age I might have done that as well as a young gun. As I am 41 now I start behaving differently and start getting balls to counter such claims the same way as Mr. Masry did.

Somewhat of a sidepoint, but isn't it amazing that PG&E still manage to make headlines for destroying communities and causing devastation, while still avoiding any criminal charges.

Mr. Foyle is played by TJ Thyne who went on to play Dr. Jack Hodgins on Bones. I thought he looked familiar.

Looks like Officer Picklestein moved up in the world after graduating from Harvard. 😂🤣

Goodness the dude playing the lawyer looks so young! He was in an episode of Charmed and was in Bones.

The word “negotiating” is generally presented in a wholly misleading light. Negotiating is trying to talk someone out of something they have, and do not want to give up.
