WAIT... Remember Chaotic?

Thanks so much for watching! Did you ever give the Chaotic Card Game or the Chaotic Show a chance?

I loved Perrim and the world building of Chaotic, and I got some of the starter decks secondhand. It was the one TCG show my dad actually approved of. If it can come back, I'll welcome it with open arms.
Now a review of the card game from someone who owns a playable set of 11 different card games:
Should the card game reboot, it will have to undergo a huge complexity revamp. Individual matches between creatures currently last the length of any other TCG. And you lack most of your strategic options during this meat of the game: combat. Plus, the base setup is a steep learning curve for people with no experience in the game. I should know.

A VR game of chaotic would be my jam

Watched it never knew you could play it was way too young and even then I think shows based on monster catching or card games that focus on macho designs don't do as well as child friendly designs. Only time ugly designs works is in mmos like lol or wow because those target adults not teens/kids!

I still to this day wish to see an open world chaotic video game where we actively have to seek out creatures, gear, mugic and locations to scan. The cherry on top would be a player hub for online matchmaking that you transport back to from Perim. I understand why this aspect might not be possible for the marketing of a trading card game where physical card collecting makes the most money, but still. Make it happen!! This has success written all over it regardless

Man I missed this show/ card game I was one the few ppl in my school that played it. Overall it felt like it was just ahead of its time.

I was always super confused why Chaotic never got bigger. As a kid I loved it and couldnt figure out why it wouldnt catch on.

I have lately ahve been having nostalgia about hold shows I watched as a kid it started with dragon booster and today I remembered huntik and saw this vidio and I can't say how truly happy I am I found it cause I didn't remember it at all and it isn't about not remembering the name but about not remembering it at all probably because I was such a huge fan of yu-gi-oh but when I saw the image of the vidio I recognized and things kinda came back to me and I loved this show

I would say in terms of card game to show pokemon had better games then show, yugioh was about even, digimon had a better show then games, and chaotic also was even with the show and game. Cause i remember the first episode i saw was shifting sands that long with when tom first fought codemaster Crellin this show was deeper then alot of people thought. only real weird moment was when after the marrillians fell the elemental city randomly showed up with no explination

I for one would love a revival, and am looking forward to its return.

I'd like a game of this for my phone and I'd like if I can use my card codes I think it wood me good now adays

I really enjoyed watching the show and wished I got to play the card game more locally or online, but I didn't really do much of either at the time when both were easier to do during it's run. Though I do have a question that's been bugging me for a while and looked for a while to figure out one thing. Who or what voiced that... thing that spoke to the players in the dromes. Its usual lines being "Players, lock your decks." "The winner is... (Insert character name here)." Stuff like that. I was hoping that somebody could make a voice mod for it as the way it sometimes sassed the players was pretty funny. That and... come on, the new memes and jokes we could make with it would be so sweet. Picture it for a moment as you hear the voice say something like "Players, shut up and play the game." "The winner is... dancing like a fool." "Players, I have better things to do. Hurry this up." "Congradulations, you defeated 7 players. You are now able to face the codemaster of this battle drome. Prepare to get wrecked tomorrow." "Players, dab it up."

If it didn't end I would have been a fan, i caught 1 episode when I was a kid never to see it ever again on TV.

Remember when the band kiss was in the show

Season 1 looked like the weird proto-version of that 16-Show's artstyle but with less gradients...I do not like it.

Is it me or does the art work look different than when it first came out?

no way you did an episode on chaotic, this show was so insanely ahead of its time man I used to be SO HYPE to watch this every morning before school

I knew I wasn't insane! It exists!

I remember vividly watching this show and thinking how unique it was you had people becoming their playable monsters instead of just fighting their creatures like some kind of pitbull owner you had a unique world that the creatures came from and they are more like medieval people with their own kind of society rather than just random monsters that just wander about and a really unique stories all i haven't gone back and watched it yet but i swear there was an episode where the tribes attack earth or something which was really wild.

I juste watched the show when I was kid I was not into the card game and even the show didn't really interested me like pokemon digimon or yugi yo I even collectioned some cards of the three animes and I was enjoying playing them

There was a card collecting game I don’t remember it well but I had the toy. It was a wrist toy that you could insert cards. If I had to compare it to something I’d probably say the weird yugioh capsule spin off. I don’t remember if the card would shoot out or if you would put the card in and the wrist toy would just say your character.

Please let’s give this show redemption

The monsters in this were so cool I loved seeing the card artwork

I loved this show. It would be so cool to become a creature and fight! I'd especially want to become ones that can fly or breath under water, and just have fun instead of battle.

I remember being super into the Danian tribe because, unlike the other tribes, they made it seem like NO ONE had scanned the Danian faction leader Illexia (or that it was at least extremely rare). Even the Danian-using protagonist hadn’t if I remember right, only managing to scan one of her royal guards.

God, I hope this game really does make a comeback. I have my max stat Illexia ready if it does lol, code hasn’t even been used.

i just remembered it out of the blue i wouldnt miss a episode right after i came after school, it was such a feel good show but the thing that made me like it so much was the lore behind the races how the game was played and specially the landscapes and monster designs was amazing. cant believe it wasnt a global phenomenon...

I loved this as a kid, and I would get back into it. I played it on the website and everything heh :)

I loved the flash style and when it switched it took me aback but now i really like the change it adds more to the show.

I literally just watched this and was like ‘holy shit this is it’ because some legend on reddit immediately named the show after i posted about trying to find it, i was looking for a literal decade and this mf posts the right answer in less than 10 minutes
