ОтветитьYour workouts are perfect. Until now I did just 40 and 60 minutes different sessions but apparently my condition is now much better so I no longer burn 600 calories from 40 nor 700 calories from 60 minutes workout as I did before. Now its like 380 calories from 40 minutes session and 480-500 from 60 minutes session. I am also no longer so sweaty as I was when I've begun. So I think 75 minutes sessions are now needed in order to burn more calories. My weight was at the beginning 86 kgs then it dropped down to 79 kgs I've had 2 months ago since I've burned all excesive fat, and now I gained at 80.5 - 81 kgs probably thanks to stronger abs and other muscles. I feel much better, I have more endurance so yeah. Thank you!

ОтветитьThe ONLY way I would reach 1000 calories burned is to do this routine two and a quarter times. People burn calories at different rates based on height, age and effort. I have no doubt that you burn 1000 calories, but I worry about those who rely on titles and not sports watches for caloric rates. Your reputation is at stake for what you put in your videos and titles. You're my favorite online workout, but I hope you'll consider different titles for workouts for people who don't understand caloric burn rates. Thank you for your consideration.
Edited to note that I see you suggest that the 1000 is a guideline in the description, but most people will not burn that rate and the title is deceptive. I'm also very fit, but I'm short and significantly older than you, so my burn rate is vastly different than you. Best to you, always.
