ОтветитьShouldn't a pre-workout meal be energy based and hence the need for good carbs? Do we get energy from carbs or from protein? The body prefers not to use protein for energy because it is specifically needed to build and repair all kinds of tissues. Am I wrong.

My breakfast normally consists of eggwhites with spinach and salsa, and a half cup of kashi go lean cereal. i try and eat every 3 hrs or so and i after the 3 hrs after breakfast im usually not hungry. i know kashi go lean is a whole grain cereal, but besides the cravings (which i dont really get thank goodness) are there any other negative effects to that whole grain in the morning? thats the only time in the whole day that i eat whole grain.
Ответить40g of protein per meal? some people say that if you eat too much protein (through gluconeogenesis) will eventually be stored as fat, and that we shouldn't consume more than 20g or protein per meal to prevent this. Is this true? do you have a video that discusses this? thanks!

ОтветитьIve been eating oatmeal for breakfast with water or soymilk, pasta with vegetables for lunch, cereal as snack, and rice and beans with kisses chocolate at night FOR A LONG TIME. When I eat out I eat SUBWAY or s potato with chilli or a wrap. I FEEL LIKE SHIT everytime I eat, and I dont GET IT. I know your diet advice is the antichrist of high grain guidelines, but The high grain thing isnt working for me at all. Ill try to eat more like this and see.
