Ответитьmy anxiety’s so bad at night. Every little mistake I’ve made during that day or in the past goes into my head. and I have this instant regret for everything I do. Then my lungs feel like they have butterfly’s in them and my throat feels weird it’s really scary it feels like I’m dieing for like 10 seconds then. It’ll stop then it’ll do it again. I just want it to stop :( I want everything to stop :(
ОтветитьPLEASE ANSWER!!! For the last few weeks I’ve felt like someone is going to break in and hurt me at night, I keep all the doors locked, we have an alarm system, and I sleep with my dogs in my room and none of that has helped. Anytime I hear a noise (even if it’s small) I start to freak out. If I turn my back I freak out and turn around as soon as possible. And if I have to go to the bathroom I put my back up against each wall I can. Can anyone tell me what this is called? My dad said he used to have the same thing when he was my age.
ОтветитьDoing anything to cure my anxiety at night gives me even more anxiety cuz it makes me feel that it is a real dangerous problem.

ОтветитьSo like I don’t know why but ever since me and my ex broke up, my bedroom feels extremely anxious at night time. Note, it’s been over about 8 months since we broke up. I don’t crave her anymore but, there is a sense of loneliness that surrounds me at night. I only feel this in my apartment in my personal space. I hope it fades. Any recommendations to fix this repetitive cycle?
ОтветитьYa it’s being a little piece of shit right now 🙉

ОтветитьFeeling numb, crying sessions, thinking about how spoiled I am and worthless.thank u anxiety.this is like pain on the chest makes u feel like out of breath.Ah the worst ones are reasonless ones believe me.I’ll try the make a routine.
ОтветитьMy anxiety is at an all time high, the past 2 days have been agonizing! Last night was the worse,I had an anxiety attack and luckily my mom was there for me and helped me through it. This sucks so much,I’m desperate to be free of my anxiety.Tonight sucks because my anxiety is coming and going in waves 😫
ОтветитьI’ve been worried about my finances every day. It’s so true that when it gets close to nighttime the anxiety sets in. Those worries flood my mind in the morning when i wake up but they get set aside throughout the daytime since I’m occupied with various tasks and my job. But when it’s time to relax and unwind, my mind does the opposite. My bedtime routine is just laying in bed and scrolling through TikTok or stream my favorite comfort shows. I’ve been meeting with my therapist every two weeks and he suggests i should sit with my feelings and let these feelings pass. I hope things get better. My social circle has changed as well and I’ve been feeling lonelier than ever….i think journaling helps me a lot but when I don’t feel like physically putting pen to paper i record myself on my phone and watch it to listen to what i am talking about…
ОтветитьCan’t believe I’m only seeing this now. Anxiety is such a struggle for me all day but especially at night. This video has helped so much 🌗✨Thankyou

ОтветитьHi, the link for your free guide and weekly template doesn't work :( . Could you please put up the right link, Im in desperate need for sleep. Please make more videos like this! Im a new subscriber and I feel so helpless. I wish my husband really understood what sleep deprivation, anxiety, and chronic pain do to someone. I have fibro.
ОтветитьWhy are you more anxious at night?
1st reason. First time all day you have been alone with your thoughts.
2nd reason. The busier you are all day, the more that you're ignoring your anxiety.
3rd reason. Using blue light right before your bed.
4th reason. General negativity vibe that surrounds darkness (fear of darkness).
5th reason. Everyone else is asleep and you have no one to confide.
6th reason. You have conditioned yourself to believe that you'll be anxious every night.
How to overcome?
1st tip. Create a bedtime routine (sleep foreplay), three to five things that will help you relax. Reduce bluelight (use night mode). Be consistent!
2nd tip. Guided meditation.
3rd tip. If you can't sleep or you've woken up and can't fall back asleep or you're just too anxious and you're really jittery, get up and move! Do a bedtime yoga routine, or just stretch and walk around the house.
4th tip. Journaling. Write whatever you have in your head, this can really help remove those racing thoughts right before bed.
5th tip. Listening to music (chill lo-fi) or white noise.
Transcripted for myself and anyone who wants to come back whenever in need to remember some of those tips.
this video is really calming. i've been anxious at night for a week now and it's getting really tough.
ОтветитьI will go to bed feeling optimistic and relaxed, and then I will wake up in the night in a cold sweat with my brain in full blown "no one likes you, youre boring" mode.
ОтветитьWhat do YOU do each night before going to bed? I'd love more suggestions and ideas!
