very nice movie

I was 11 years old and saw this movie at the theater and i remember bawling when he discovers his dog dead. I just watched that part again for the 1st time in 41 years and bawled my eyes out all over again. Some things never change. Such a classic movie

I have been trying to Google the movie i watched as a kid, i kept typing movie with squirrels and i would not find it. I just saw the animals on Tiktok and they're called ferrets. I then searched old movie with ferrets and found the title. This movie made me cry, my first heartbreak when ferret sacrificed its life... 😢

THis film is pure art, i dont know about you but i cant watch the crap that people make nowadays like everything is so dark and bland. Rmemember those times when things used to be bright, colorful, and accurate now everything is just so dark even fantasy is dark. Like i understand making it dark when their is a dark scene, but the fact that you can make it allways dark is just sad man. What happen to the awesomeness we used to have in films like this!!!!

I always thought this was a live action he man but always thought the young guy from airwolf tv series resembled prince Adam the he man animated series more

Bit annoyed me was near end.. his dad was dead and kodo but as long as he saved his cousin to bang he wasn’t even fussed lol 😂

The dog and ferret that died for him got me.. I was only 4 but watched it over and over.. but now watching as adult 40yrs later.. he snogged his cousin🤢

So...in the first few minutes, 'the king's son will kill you...the truth cannot be changed(spoiler alert)', and even though he doesn't believe them, he keeps them as his most trusted advisers. Smart. Also, Tanya Roberts will always be the sexiest woman(sigh...biological female🙄) to ever walk this Earth. Prove me wrong.

I wanted to see the tiger fight the leach temple warrior monsters.
The music and view from the eagle or falcon to me are the best parts and his boomarang blade.

Ho visto Beastmaster 40 anni fa al cinema con mio padre quando avevo 6 anni in Italia, poi nel mio paese non è MAI stato trasmesso in tv.
Non ricordavo il titolo ( in Italia "Kaan principe guerriero"), gli attori e quasi niente della storia, solo che c'erano i due furetti ma la scena del sacrificio di Kodo mi è rimasta dentro da allora... Un grande trauma per cui piansi tantissimo.
L'ho cercato per quasi vent'anni anni e finalmente l'ho rivisto, sono felice di sapere che in USA è ancora un cult movie! È stupendo ❤
