"Arwen, are you hiding in the dark making faux-protentous statements?"
"...no"
"Arwen!"
I miss these kind of female heroes. Strong, without bearing the traits of toxic masculinity, like nowadays
ОтветитьBut was that metal hot enough for forge welding?
Ответитьfor real though that forging technique was terribad to the extreme. No filler, bending the ever loving hell out of it. Total garbage. He needed a ghost army because that blade would crack again on a stick!!
ОтветитьThe way they make the music work the scene is incredible.
The way they "reforge" the sword is not even close to being accurate. Reforging means melting the metal down and recreating the sword. What you have here is a repair/weld, which will NOT hold up in battle.
Arwen/Betty Ross is the next character to become a supervillain after Elrond (Red Skull), Thranduil (Ronan the Accuser), and Galadriel (Hela).
Ответитьwho would have thought the same thing would happen to the Master sword in TOTK
ОтветитьSo Arwen just momentarily felt light headed and dizzy and her hands felt cold. Elrond immediately overreacts and fears she's dying.
naw actually I think realistically a father would completely react like that to this happening to his little girl.
I always find it funny how Arwen makes this passionate dramatic speech about reforging the sword and Elrond just walks away.
Reminds me of when I was a kid trying to convince my dad to buy something and he’d just be like “no”.
Most don’t know she actually gave up
her immortality to save Frodo..Go back and remember 🖤
The music when the sword is reforged is the most goosebump inducing moment. I will never tire of these movies.
ОтветитьBöyle sevenimiz olduda ölmedik mi onun için...
Ответитьwhat do you look on the child...........?
ОтветитьYou need to extend and make this scene in full.
ОтветитьFrom the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be fucking king.
DANG that crescendo while the sword is being remade PERFECT AHHHHHHH chills
ОтветитьThis must be so hard on Elrond's part but he did it anyway for his love of his daughter.
Ответить¡Merda! Pot ser que estiguis malalta ¿de veritat?
No et preocupis per res. Creu-me. No per mi almenys... T'ho asseguro.
Truca'm o fes el què vulguis i no em tinguis por. No de mi. 😇
The build-up to this scene is so incredible. Arwen seeing her son in her Forest vision, confronting Elrond, her father realizing the life the Eldar is no longer with her.... And then the verse of the broken blade..... To the epic scene of the forge and the climactic song building, the transition of the flame to Gandalf riding. What a movie... Thank GOD for these movies.
ОтветитьThe love of a father 🙌🤗
Ответитьaged like fine wine😍
Ответить“From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.”
So epic!
What's the music in the background when the book falls down?
ОтветитьArwen ❤️❤️2022 _2023
ОтветитьCome here to heal myself after that woke garbage from Amazon
ОтветитьHalo Infinite's Forge release...am i rite boiz?
ОтветитьMasterpiece
ОтветитьI love the way she says "dada" .. its such a strong bonding word for father and daughter.
ОтветитьI love how the Rivendell theme transitions into the Gondor Theme. Beautiful.
ОтветитьDudes having a rough time and whats his bae do? Jump on him? Complain they dont do enough together? No she gets her dad to make him a fucking giant sword...romance isnt dead. This is the most romantic thing in cinema for men.
ОтветитьIf you have daughter like Arwen you cant say no to her.
ОтветитьAlways pisses me off how the blacksmith elf is hitting it with his hammer
ОтветитьCrow less again shall be king 👑 not of evil or gold or carnal drives you see but of peace in white!
ОтветитьIt's such a special moment here. Elrond's own brother chose to be a man and found Numenor as it's king, so he already lost a person close to him, his own family, forever because Elros would be off to the fate of men not the halls of Mandos. And then to see men, destroy his brothers legacy and cause the downfall of Numenor, even to have attacked Valinor and killed elves there, must have been such a betrayal, to see his brothers nation he founded turn against all he stood for and wanted, and fall to evil. Then to meet Elendil and Isildur, faithful numenoreans and feel like maybe everything will be better, only for Elendil to die and Isildur turn to darkness after killing Sauron's mortal form and having the ring so close to the fires of Mount doom to end it all, and then for Arnor to destroy itself with in fighting and bloodshed, betrayal and violence, and then for Gondor to weaken itself from within, turning against the elves once more, valuing gold and money and long rule over the right things, seeing Gondor, the last city of Numenor dwindle to a place where the white tree that Elendil and Isildur brought and saved, dies and stands broken with no king to rule the land. The Dunedain a bunch of wandering folk, few in number and no king again, who can never regain their strength unless one becomes king of Gondor yet none wish to do so. He's seen all this, and yet here he decides to give them one last chance, one last chance to prove that they will do the right thing. He's seen thousands of years of the faults of men, yet here he decides to give them all he has left, the blade reforged and words of encouragement to Aragorn, the last of the heirs of Isildur.
ОтветитьAlways get shivers watching this.
Ответить"how shall we reforge an ancient, broken, revered sword?"
"twat it with hammers"
Do elves not swipe the floor in their homes ? Everywhere is filthy as some 3rd world country.
Ответитьdid anyone else notice that those pieces of the sword Narsil totally don't fit together lmao
ОтветитьThis scene does not exist in the book. Aragorn receives the sword in The Fellowship of the Ring when he leaves Rivendell.
But this scene is epic and adds a special touch to the story of Narsil and the fate of Aragorn.
Nightwish - crownless what a great song!!
ОтветитьMost defining scene
ОтветитьDid Bilbo really write that???
Ответитьthe music, the dialogue, the cinematography. amazing!
ОтветитьArwen is basically the first juliet in history
Ответить
