I was diagnosed with PCOS,I started the PCOS exercise,under three days of it, I conceived naturally

Am from South Africa and I think am suffering from PCOS but can't afford the treatment and am 34years old have one child

How much weight do you have to lose?. Because they always blame it on the weight but actually a lot of us just have water retention rather than too much fat. I don't know how IVF is likely to succeed from first time if you are over 40? There is not enough rational info.

Been diagnosed with PCOS before i even became a preeteen( in late 30s now). Got preggo with help of fertility drug( not sure but believe it was Clomophene) and trigger shots-miscarried,pregnancies #2 and 3 with clomid by fertility clinic again-delivered healthy 2 singletones(different years of coures),pregnancies #4 and 5 naturally-both loss sadly. Want to try one more time naturally and hope to carry out this time ( after getting rid of that excess body fat which i am working on now with help of dietician's diet recommandations). Just sharing my experience.

i have pcos but my doctor gave me clomid 50mg without any trigger shot .. today will be my last dose of clomid i took it from cycle day 2 to 7 im also taking myo inositol together with clomid so will i have a chance that i might ovulate on my own ? i concived back on 2018 by taking letrozole on my 1st round but now trying for 2nd baby after 3 years of no luck as here in hong kong they dont usually give letrozole but only clomid 😔😔
