If you keep orderliness in your home and it equates to such success later in life, you may be in a position to pay someone else to take care of the orderliness of your home as you are now equipped with the stuff to make more use of your time in other aspects of your life.
You need to have low class services available to you in the form of an indentured servant to do just that for you. Great you made your life better.
Now you facilitate the meaninglessness of someone else's life by employing them to maintain your orderliness.

Someone have the balls to just say "You are low class, you suck, learn to live with that reality."
That would actually be sobering. Noone else, not society, not your friends and family can pick you up, do it for you, make you achieve your highest possible self. Only you can, but... You're highest possible self is basically worth nothing and don't kid yourself anymore. Good, glad we all got a good look at reality.

I don't know what this is clipped from but I really like how who I assume is the moderator doesn't say anything. Many moderators try to carry on a conversation with the speaker or constantly make "mmhmm" type noises the whole time or whatever. She asks the question and, with VERY small exception, doesn't make a sound...just let's him talk. Love it. Good job.

My bedroom is fantastic. It has elements of nature, sometimes. Messy pile of clothes, sometimes colour coordinated clothing, a slightly messy make up drawer- but it works. I agree the bedroom is the most difficult to tidy up- esp when you are living in a family home with inherited history. Great talk. I love cleaning my room. It’s a new slate every time I do, the energy shifts .

What gets me is that when Dr. Peterson tells the story about the man who couldn't vacuum, the audience is laughing but Dr. Peterson never is. He realizes that these problems are real, and are mentally crippling for some people. He doesn't strike me as the type of person to sit there and judge you and laugh at you, but genuinely try to help you. That is very humble and respectful of others.
