We will be in Dakar and it’s surrounding areas for close to a month starting in May. Are there food guides there that offer a tour such as this one?

ОтветитьWe are going to Senegal in December for three weeks. This video is so helpful.
ОтветитьThe dishes looks nice and tasty, but it is such a waste of food, too much on each plate only for tasting.
ОтветитьThe fire with those huge logs is amazing! How do they stop the fire at day’s end? Must smother…
Only Mark could get that excited about a lamb head- he loves primitive food! The more primitive the better! He goes nuts over fatty, greasy, drippy fat juices in every video where he’s eating meat.
In Western culture, we trim the fat, we “French” the lamb ribs- I guess that’s “hoity -toity pretentiousness” to some. To me, it’s healthier and …well, ….better. I’m a westerner, that’s what I like! To each his own.
In the words of Mark Twain "“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness".

ОтветитьNice country, Senegal but I don't believe that francophone countries in Africa have real Independence from France. France, still dictate francophone countries what and how to do things like France ask Francophone African countries deposit certain amount of their reserve money into France central bank. Then France finance minister is in charge of that money deposited by African francophone countries. So, I wonder what kind of independence that is.
