Beautiful stuff.... NOTE: Make sure your cable can transfer data. After turning on dev mode/usb debugging, the second you plug your cable in you should get the 'Allow USB Debugging?' dialog message... if you dont I bet you cable doesnt transfer data

I could not find a video to answer this question (even the one here), so I'll answer it... If you're using VS 2022 Preview, then after setting up debugging on your android device and connecting it to your computer, you have to restart VS and then re-open your solution. After you've done that, VS will recognize your device in the debug menu.
