I just got one . And it say allow to pair but I never got the use CarPlay . I have a 23 crosstrek .

I have 2020 Subaru forester that I recently both this for. When putting the USB in, it shows up on my phone’s Bluetooth but the CarPlay button on my car is grayout (just like when I don’t have it plugged it). My phone is connected to the Bluetooth but that’s it. Nothing else is working and the car doesn’t let me “touch” the CarPlay button at all. After pairing on the phone, the option of “allow CarPlay” never shows up. Only contact syncing.

I just have a waiting message on the car unit

Does it work on 17 acura tlx? The car doesn't have built-in android auto. But it has a screen and controller.

the only available device under bluetooth setting is called HI-BOX and it asked me for a pin. What is the pin ? also there is no device showing up under the wi-fi setting

Can you Fast Forward and Rewind tracks using the steering wheel controls? I currently have the CarPlay2 and you cannot go back a few seconds of a song using the steering wheel controls only skip the track.
