THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL REGARDING WHAT I DESCRIBED AS I WAS LEAVING:

Building YOUR frame should follow the same process, which will be covered in a moment.
EXPECATION
- What’s probably going to happen is…
This is the first in line because it’s the easiest to exploit or subvert. Since you now know what a Life Script is, you can make assumptions about what a person is likely to expect in each scenario. If they are an employee at Starbucks, for example, you know that they are expecting you to approach the counter and place an order. This expectation could be subverted very easily by doing something that breaks this corner of their frame. When something occurs that we don’t expect (like the stick breaking behind the bush) it generates automatic and immediate focus. This injection of novelty causes our brain to behave as though it’s saying, ‘Whoa. This is different than the other times, I need to pay attention. My autopilot script I have for this doesn’t apply here.’

BELIEFS
- What’s probably true about this situation is…
Someone’s beliefs are next in line because they are the second easiest to subvert. The beliefs of someone’s mental frame simply refers to what they believe to be true about a situation.
The expectation is what a person is predicting will happen based on their mental script. The Belief is what someone believes about the environment they are in. These are the beliefs they have about themselves, you, and the social construct of the environment. This is also a measure of how they view their own social capacity within the interaction.
Someone’s beliefs are also the assumptions they are making about you and how they are permitted to interact with you.
If you’re at a convention or a networking event, and you’re wearing a suit, someone’s belief might be that they can approach you on an equal social status, and that the conversation will be more or less on equal footing.
People are always making assumptions about your status and authority, and unconsciously comparing it to their own.
Subverting the Beliefs corner of the frame is easy to do. It happens naturally when authority is present, but here’s the process to subvert the second corner of the frame:
1. Subvert expectations by causing something to happen that lets their brain know this isn’t what they expected
2. Determine or estimate what they are likely to believe about the situation from a hierarchical perspective
3. Ensure your behavior is above their expectations without resorting to overpowering them
When we speak about frames, it is inevitable that most people will begin to think in terms of social status and hierarchy. The more conscious you are of social standing and hierarchy, the less you will have it in social interactions.
The single greatest failure of every operator I have ever trained is worrying about or obsessing over locating themselves vs others on the social status hierarchy. When you truly have confidence, you will no longer worry or even think about where you stand.
PERCEPTION
- What’s true about this is…
Nothing about someone’s perceptions is the truth, per se, but this is what they believe to be true through their own lens. The perception corner of the frame is what someone believes to be true about themselves, and the environment. If someone believes they are genuinely smarter than most of the world, this will be seen as true for them in the Perception corner of their frame.
People tend to default to these ‘facts’ to feel better about who they are and what they can do. If you’re approaching a security guard at a large office building, his or her Perception corner contains ‘facts’ about them being in charge, and them having the authority to control the conversation. At a networking event, someone may continuously remind themselves of the ‘fact’ that they are a Senior Vice President at a company and thus have social status and authority because of this ‘fact’.
Here's how a person’s frame will (unconsciously) collapse into your frame thus far:
1. You’ve created a situation where they are no longer able to make predictions about you.
2. You’ve behaved in a way they didn’t expect, and have now stopped them from making assumptions about your behavior.
3. Now, in the Perception corner of the frame, they no longer resort to a solid foundation of ‘truth’ about the situation, so they are more open and willing to assume your frame
Now let’s look at what’s totally true…

DEFINITION
- What’s absolutely true is…
When someone defines what’s true here, they are referring to their position, title, rules they must follow, and actual authority given to them in a current situation. Other people in the room would most likely agree with everything a person has in the Definition corner.
In a networking event, the director of the event uses this truth to feel more confident. It makes them more comfortable to speak to others, and more comfortable having conversations with everyone in the room.
These Definitions give us psychological permission to behave in ways we may normally not behave. It’s the hardest part of a frame to change, but it is exponentially easier to change and subvert once the other three corners are subverted.
We’re not modifying the facts, we’re making the facts less needed and relevant to this person.
- Most everyone would agree with the definition someone has.
- Friends would agree with the Perception someone has.
- A supportive mother would agree with the Beliefs someone has.
- Only this person would agree with the Expectations they have.

Then she tries to portray she only did drugs twice. She sounds like Bill clinton, I sucked on a joint but didn't inhale. Hell, even Issac Baruch said hey I even partakes in the drug use." If she had said yes, we did drugs. Im not proud of that or something like that.

Thank you, I haven't followed the Depp v Heard case but have heard snippets. As an Australian, I haven't been able to get over the puppy fiasco 🤣 so wasn't really interested in any Heard. I thoroughly enjoyed this panel. Thank you, I have seen you all at different times and by coming together you all provided a great full cover of this interview. Thanks Spidey for arranging and I will definitely be catching up on your previous panel videos.🙏🥰

I am just now watching this in 2024 bc I’m a BIG spidey fan and diving into a lot of his older stuff. I watched the whole trial as I do many newsworthy trials. ( I also watch and love the behavior panel and love it) but i have never seen rob ( law and lumber). I am now a HUGE rob fan. I love his emotion( as I am private investigator that primarily work with the defense in trials doing interviews and hard core days in the woods surveillance among other forensic and investigative work to get to the truth, maybe unpopular for some…… but there are many many people charged that are innocent….. and I have also had to tell the defense attorney, I can’t help u, your guy is just not truthful…..and point out where the weakness in his or her cases will be by looking at it from both sides). I also knew when Ms. Pycles (sp)? Said “and rob i don’t know if you know this but…… “ I knew he was going to not only know it, but have read every case brief and filing out there. Rob….. very intelligent and I love his raw emotion. It would be interesting and just for fun to see spidey break down an analysis of one of Robs emotional/ educated/ intelligent breakdowns of the trial. Rock on guys. Great job!

I'm watching this vid a year later and I just love the four of you together. Four different perspectives is exactly what I like. The only one missing is Martin Decoder who is a linguist analyzer. Regardless, this was great! Christina is spot on with how AH is acting (badly) and preparing for each "emotion" she is about to show us (failingly).

I’m not sure if anyone else has already mentioned this via comments but let’s remember Amber has histrionic personality disorder. Those with HPD are very dramatic, and theatrical. Just know that everything is exaggerated. If you look up the word, you’ll see that it literally means theatrical, dramatic.

Disgusting manipulative ridiculous attempt. She really does believe she is of superior iq and we are all stupid.

Not to be mean guys, but you are being vicious somewhat being very judgemental and lacking compassion and empathy towards someone who is viewed as lacking compassion and empathy, is this the pot calling the kettle. We should be MERCIFUL, and have more compassion towards mental illnesses, or personality disorders. I don t think Mr Depp had any true desire to cause the whole world to condemn her. No one is perfect. It is easy to judge and condemn when we think we are perfect.

Ответить
@joseesmith6348
@joseesmith6348 - 05.01.2024 00:05

Keep in mind she only works on one side of the brain at a time, she is ill, have mercy, she s right she is a human being, Jesus said love your neighbor as yourself, he did not say, only love the well balanced people, he said love everyone as yourself, we should be compassionate at least have empathy, and pray for her peace, inner peace. We should never think we are perfect and give our self the right to condemn anyone in our heart. She has a disorder, which we can t comprehend fully and is difficult to understand, but should make us realize to not take our emotions for granted, and to use them in circumstances as such, she is human and she doesn't feel or think as the average person, nor does she perceive information with logic. Yes it is just, that Mr Depp brought the truth to light, for himself, but I don't think he intended the whole world to hate her, he seemed to care about her and offered her peace before it got to this, he seems very compassionate. He stood up for himself but I Don t think he intended to destroy her, he doesn't seem vicious. The public should not be either, we are commanded to uplift and forgive one another, not always easy, but we should not hate those who have flaws which we do not comprehend, mental illness presents in many formats, sometimes causes someone to be manipulative, we should do our best to be merciful, prayers for her inner peace and may the Holy Spirit be poured upon her, leading her to peace without hurting her. Love one another as I have loved you, words from Jesus.

People didn't side against her because Johnny Depp was so beloved the world over. People became supporters of Johnny Depp not because they were his fans but because people were insulted and astounded that she tried to use and manipulate the public for financial gain and more publicity and fame whilst trying to manipulate the public into destroying a man's life and using genuine victims of abuse to boost her career and people were genuinely disgusted and angered by her very disturbing lies and obvious behaviour. She took the public for idiots and tried to use them to make money and get a career. She's vile.

She was so systemically physically abused that she can't even come up with two different types of physical injuries to avoid to use as a reason for her actions. 'a broken nose or... uhh... a bruised cheek', how about to avoid getting a black eye, or a fat lip, broken jaw. Those typical injuries people would likely sustain in that scenario.

Amber's behavior and testimony throughout this entire spectacle is one of the most entertaining and comical events I've seen as of late.

There are so many points to highlight, but one in particular would be her frustration in trying to deal with viewers, court officials, and a jury that were to her, obviously far beneath her intelligence quotient.

Watching and learning from shows like yours and seeing clips of her testimony, remind me how much I enjoyed watching things unfold during the trial, and how often I laughed.

Thank you for the behavioral information and education. And thank you, Amber, for just being you.

Love this channel watch always but ❤_ ❤ this group it was awesome…. 🙌🏻 Watching this A.H interview late… only a year or so…lol I have 2 points 1) but IF….she does indeed have Munchhausen Disease, she has just become a parent… I truly hope she doesn’t become by proxy… since she has multiple cluster B disorders or symptoms/ tendencies. And she didn’t get the attention/ pity / result she was after from all of this…… I pray she doesn’t go that way and us her child for that.….. but 🤔…. Maybe? Worth a thought and to watch her.

2) Also want to say that BPD one of the 7 DSM characteristics is no I.D or limited / confused ….. difficulty in one’s own identity/ personalities so BPD is usually emotional intelligent ( unless they are the BPD of the narcissist in which AH clearly is ) because emotional intelligence comes from being extremely empathetic…. Since birth always feeling through life ….BPD is often described as being the disorder of being a raw nerve} so they read others expressions for social queues.

you want to know what happens in an abusive relationship when you can't get any help you kind of end up brainwashed and you walk on eggshells you don't know if you're coming or going maybe not all the time but most of the time. I'm probably going to delete these in a day or so

I wanted to say my ex jumped on me in the middle of the night I was sound asleep he strangled me and he thought I was dead this was when you couldn't get any help because you weren't allowed to press charges against your husband so I couldn't even get a ride to the hospital so I went to the ER girlfriend took me and the doctor told me if he had not stopped right when he did I would have been dead then I was stocked for the next 15 years. needless to say the next time someone asked me to marry them I had a panic attack that landed me in the hospital I could never trust anyone enough to marry them and that's only one of the things he did. she didn't nearly go through anything I didn't hear her on tape laughing and crying at the same time because she had so many head games and so many and was treated so badly that that's just something that happens. also I was too scared to leave because he threatened that he would kill anyone that helped me and I believed him I do think he would have killed anyone that helped me I would have never gone to a courthouse like she did yeah I just don't believe her
