thanx for posting this song...been looking for this song and artist for years
ОтветитьWhenever there is a hurricane I think of this song.
Ответитьbeen looking for this since I was a kid back in the '90s. Thanks for this!
ОтветитьThis song gives me energy! It also gives me optimism that I can make my life work now so my future looks brighter! Thank you for showing this song! I also remember this song on the weather channel from 1997.
ОтветитьThank you for uploading these. It would be the morning time and my dad would put it on the weather channel and I would hear these songs. Brings back memories!
ОтветитьFor the 90s I agree. There was a tune that came out at the time when Hurricane Katrina hit (I think the song was called "Eye Of The Storm") that really made me think of hurricanes. It was like the only tune they played during the event. They also played that tune during Hurricane Rita later in '05 and then again during Hurricane Ike in '08.
ОтветитьThis song belongs more on an ABC soap opera than on The Weather Channel.
ОтветитьThis is my favorite of all the Weather Channel/Weather Scan instrumentals. Thank you so very much for uploading this music.
ОтветитьThis tune actually originated from the 1995 Weather Channel Special "Hurricane Season 95: Season on Edge. " It played during the credits as far as I know. Hence, where the title came from.
Ответитьit's good one
ОтветитьThe song of this title is actually called "DO YOU BELIEVE?"
ОтветитьI come to your channel for the TWC nostalgia trip at least once a month. It's therapeutic.
ОтветитьThis is actually called "Do You Believe?" and is #10 on the "Music for Local Forecast" CD.
ОтветитьOne of my favorites from my childhood in the 90's I've been trying to find this song for A while
ОтветитьTwo 6 months and 2 years edited comments on this video.
ОтветитьI want this played at my funeral....
...
Oh, my, goodness. Thhis, this song is just, heartwarming
ОтветитьWhy does this being back bad memories of a squall line ripping apart the New York State Fair in 1998? Maybe because it was the background music to local on the 8s that night..
ОтветитьFor Dave
ОтветитьThis is beautiful. So touching and warm on this nice music!
ОтветитьTrammell Starks can really make that sax sing for sure.
Ответитьjust let your SOOOOOOOOOOUL GLOOOOOOOW BABE
ОтветитьVivian Brown, Kristina Abernathy, Kim Perez (Cunningham), and Sharon Resultan like this upload.
ОтветитьCame here from Alberta Public Acess
ОтветитьSurprisingly heavy in parts for a weather tune!
ОтветитьUse to hear this song when I lived in Oklahoma in the 90s and there was a tornado warning and a huge storm comming on the local radar. And you would hear that beep beep beep Tornado Warning for your area
ОтветитьThis is incredible, I love the memories and the weather channel, I remember this music on local on the 8's and the weather channel would have dark green as"heavy rain 🌧 and bright white as heavy snow ❄, they would play this same song and as a boy I would get very excited when our area would be in the pink "wintery mix" or the white "snow"❄!
ОтветитьI Hear The Music Of The Song That I Missed
R.I.P Dave Schwartz
I Miss The Weather Channel Weatherscam It Makes Me Wish If I Can Only Turn Back Time If I Had A Time Machine
Wow, it’s 2022, I was specifically looking for this song from back in the 90s 🙌
ОтветитьHad this song been played on a television station in Japan, it would have been appropriate for use with the information screen that was presented on July 24, 2011, when stations across the country shut off their analog signals as part of the country's digital switchover. None of the television stations across the country used the theme though due to its long length, which is almost double that of the three-minute recommended music track length. There is an instance of a track from TWC being played during the switchover, and this instance most likely happened on March 31, 2012 when TV stations in the three prefectures affected by the 9.0 magnitude March 2011 earthquake shut off their analog signals.
ОтветитьSomeone mailed me a cassette with this song and another Trammell Starks song on it in 1998. It took me until today to finally find out it's name. I miss old school Weather Channel.
ОтветитьI was in 6th grade when this one came out
ОтветитьOh man THIS song...
I always imagine some dude like playing this epic sax on top of a mountain with his hair and shirt just blowing in the wind. Totally 80s style. The power ballad vibes are strong with this one.
This one’s the best
ОтветитьThe BEST one, hands down ❤
ОтветитьLove this. =)
ОтветитьThis sounds like something David Foster could've written.
ОтветитьWow this is a amazing feeling
ОтветитьMy youth. The sky was the limit. Not a care insight.
You need to promise yourself to do what scares you as often as possible. I love you
Reminds me of that logo from Pakistan with the person playing the saxophone.
ОтветитьI remember in the summer of 1997 I would seem to hear this song after we were hit by a thunderstorm here in the deserts and it would give me that feeling that we made it through lol
ОтветитьPLEASE TWC PLAY TRAMMELL STARKS AGAIN
ОтветитьWhat instruments or soundfonts or whatever are used in this one that make it sound so aggressively 90s
ОтветитьReminds me of August 2016
ОтветитьBring back February 2021 memories
