My Sansei partner and I are looking forward to getting clothes that fit and don't require alterations. The shoes not so much. See you soon. 😅

call the police that barely sentence murderer, rapist or scammers and save childrens from wealthy families, call the police guys :))) knowing that police in japan is probably the most inefficient and biased police in the world

Agreed on many of these. Capsule hotels are the kind of thing you'll do once and not want to do again. The thing about ''Japanese people love to put people into boxes'' is very true. This happens a lot based on what people wear, much more than in the West.

If people are smart they would do months of research to know the best places to eat where to find hidden gems and what to do and not to do to be respectful and not be surprised

Addressing the toilet thing, genetically alot of japanese men have smaller weewee's but if your a man of a different race especially a black man you wouldnt feel like dipping yo cock n balls in toilet water every time you pee. Also why would your friends be watching you pee anyway?

what is the cultural significance of asking a persons blood type? Or is this something people commonly ask each other regarding medical reasons?

Love your style (fun - brutal honesty appreciated) New Subscriber.....G

Super healthful, and you touched on a few things I've never heard of in dozens of videos...that sweat gland one? That is both fascinating and horrifying to me as someone from the UK.

I'm a foreigner and I loved Familymart. Then when I moved to China I went to Familymart in China. Love their swissroll cake, drinks, steamed buns.... Mostly I love the name Familymart. Family, just saying that word family warms my heart.

Yeah 7 eleven is the best in Japan. Lived there for about 2 years as an LDS missionary, and that place comes in clutch all the time.

@Shunchanjp! Please do make a video regarding these ice breaker conversations you mention in this video. I will be staying with a friend-of-a-friend, and after your mention of it on here, it sounds like I need more info on how to make our time getting to know each other less awkward! Thanks!

As a woman, I would love for all men to sit. I clean the toilets, and the men standing do not often have good aim.

From what i've heard, the police or court will always side with the local person or the state over a foreigner, no matter what. Is this true?

the reason Family Mart was super important to me when I went to Japan was because it was always right next to my hotel, or at least closer than the 7-11.
and while I obviously don't mind walking a couple extra blocks, if I can save some extra time by just running to whatever is closest I'd absolutely rather do that; and 8 times out of 10 it had everything I needed; the few exceptions were when I was looking for a very specific snack/drink brands, or a specific flavour of something. Of course it probably wasn't as good as the 7-11, but I have pretty low standards already, so the fact they had things to eat and drink made me plenty happy

No guys take a piss sitting down in the states. But one time I was traveling with a lady friend and figured I’d alleviate putting the lid up and down by sitting down. Then I realized how dirty it is standing up and the piss goes everywhere even if you aim well. Now I sit down at home and sit down at other ladies homes. If there are males at the home…. I stand unfortunately since I know the toilet is dirty.

My son went to Japan and he loved it he told me it was a very nice trip he felt like his soul was cleaned and more at peace like he was enlighten a great experience but as far as the culture he said it was wild to walk through Tokyo and it wass so quiet not like here in the USA he said he loved the fact that everyone keeps to themselves and mind their business but you need to be very respectful and act like a real adult some of the ppl here are almost animal like no clue how to speak or behave in public it sucks, great video , I want to go to Japan so bad but the language its hard to learn specially reading I think but I might get the Rosseta and try to learn a bit before hand if I can.
