ОтветитьIn 2023 I started waking up earlier so I can have a slow morning, drink my coffee, read a book, etc. and it made a HUGE difference in my mood and productivity levels! Tam is absolutely right that rushing around in the morning is a surefire way to have a crappy morning. My 2024 goal is to implement mindfulness and slow down in the rest of my day too, not just the morning 🥰

please try to be aware of the things you say about food on the internet. Yes, eating healthy is important, however a lot of the things you said can be very triggering for people with eating disorders. Talking about cutting out foods completely from your diet can be a very dangerous thing to talk about on the internet, especially with the amount of influence that you have <3

ОтветитьWhen you said the biggest friendship killer is low self-esteem🙌🏼🔥 this is sooooo true! When you’re around people with a lower vibration they bring your vibration down too. I’ve had to cut off multiple people for this reason and it sucks, but sometimes you have to do what’s best for you and send them love from a distance❤️

ОтветитьI like your idea of replacing music with self-education like podcasts. What you consume affects so much.
Not many people touch on this, especially with music, but being deliberate in what you listen to makes such a big impact on your day. A tiny habit that can affect you in ways you don't realize yet.
It's not that you can't listen to music while doing your make-up, lifting at the gym or cleaning the house, but it's better in moderation. If I listen to music every morning while I work out, I end up having music stuck in my head while I'm working. It results in my work not being as mindful as I would want, so I try to listen to music on weekends versus throughout the week. Music is huge in affecting your mood too!

I went to a different county for work for 3 months for work and I feel like it forces you to grow so much. I hope you get to do it. Each day is a bit of a challenge not knowing anyone there but I feel like it really helped show me what I was able to do on my own
