My one question is this: is transferring your save data as easy as putting it onto an external storage device and then onto the new SSD? I don’t have a PSPlus subscription at this time so cloud saving isn’t available

For ps4, I just used to have an external HD plugged in the usb slot. Worked just fine

I don't have a ps5 year getting one for Xmas this year as a gift to myself, and getting CoD MW3 with it, I like the fact that it's super easy to add more space. I may look into getting one or a chaper one when it comes to needing more space (that is is MW3 does not take up all the space on the ps5 in one go lol)

Wa play subscription not included with ps plus premium, when new ea games come out they give you a game trial even though you’re clearly paying for a ea subscription to access all the new things. Spider-Man limited edition ps5 is only 875 gb but cost $100 for a basic design and base copy of the game . You can’t add a background , I don’t even know how to do what he just did on the video lol so looks like they’re also costing me more time too as well as more money to buy this kind of screwdriver. I've noticed that the price on 1tb ssd is not that big seagate firecuda is about 96€ wb black is 126 to 119€ if you want more space then the price jumps up significantly up to 300 to 400€ depending on the price while i usually buy official branded ps parts im still deciding which one is the right one for me
