ОтветитьThat looks amazing. I don´t have that kind of pans, but I do have a nice set of cast iron pans which I uses a lot for meat or Chicago style pizzas. Do you think I can use them to make this kind of pan sauce?

I would have sauteed the mushrooms in the steak pan for several reasons, the liquid the mushrooms give off is awesome when it is reduced and I would hate to waste it, the natural liquid release from the mushrooms would aid in the deglazing of the steak juices and be awesome, I fundamentally disapprove of making another dirty dish when completely unnecessary and finally, I'm American and therefore lazy, fat and completely useless. For anything other than rescuing countries from oppression and hostile takeover, don't blame for for Biden, I didn't do it....
