138 How to create dynamic connection manager in ssis

I have done like this sir, it is working. What actually I need is, I have to create a package that should save sql table data to csv file that also I done by using previous videos but can I give connections dynamic which we are hardcoding in variable value column are we able to give it dynamic like while executing of the package? is it able to do?

It did not work for my package. And the video does not show the actual creation of the connection manager. The connection manager had been created before it was shown on vide. The author only shows how to make an existing connection manager to be dynamic, but did not show the creation from scratch.

Why to use dynamic connection manager and not run the package again.
