Accent is hilarious lol thanks for the recipe
ОтветитьGood that u teached me because sometimes the paste tasted too plastic like and just spicy with plastic. As soon as I used honey one time it changed my life. So using the paste like this will be an experience for sure.
ОтветитьIs it bad if you don’t have the soybean paste (doenjang) ???
ОтветитьI manage to do this on my 15 minutes break ! This was so good ! I didn't have pepper powder so i added some Buldak sauce. The only note from me, i would skip the soy sauce since this is pretty salty on its own. ❤
Ответить"our superhero gochujang" ha! love it! gochujang is the best
ОтветитьAaron, you and Claire have a really lovely home , I'm so jealous.
ОтветитьMmm... 😋
ОтветитьUsually they say never trust someone that says “trust me”😅. But since we got the same name and the comments here are all raving on how nice it is . I trust you . Will give it a go 💪👍.😊
ОтветитьI shieht you not this is already look like bolognese
ОтветитьWill miso paste do for soybean paste?
ОтветитьOk I can't change my life every week it's stressful
ОтветитьI haven't made this dish but plan to. It looks amazing and I think the suggestion to use the sauce in a fried rice version is also very interesting.
ОтветитьYou guys need a shirt that says "Don't worry 'bout it"
ОтветитьThanks for the recipe, was very nice
ОтветитьDoenjang is hard to find here in Canada, but I do have some Gochujang - are there any good alternatives you would suggest to the Doenjang, or should I just use more Gochujang?
ОтветитьBeing a vegetarian, I decided to use beef. It was delicious
ОтветитьRecipe looks delish but I’m vegetarian. I can eat up to eggs but no more. So I don’t really know what to replace with the Beef😅
ОтветитьDon worry bout it
ОтветитьJust made this dish today & it's the best spicy garlic noodles I've ever tasted. Thank you Aaron & Claire for sharing this recipe.
ОтветитьI made this vegetarian by using crumbled tofu and chopped mushrooms in replacement of the beef! Topped it with cucumber and it was incredible!! Thank you Aaron and Claire 🥰
ОтветитьThis is awesome, I like to make big batch of the sauce in container as it's quite annoying to take all these ingredients individually. I now eat this instead of instant noodles and it can be actual meal too.
ОтветитьMight I suggest using a beef stock for the sauce fluid instead of water? more umami!
ОтветитьStunning recipe❤thank you darlings. Love from cape Town. We Love Korean food here!!!!
Ответить"all you need is gochujang" proceeds to add mirin, oyster sauce, soy, and soybean paste.
ОтветитьDo you have a recipe for a stir fry sauce that can stay in the fridge with gochujang? To make it easy to cook a stir fry whenever we like.
ОтветитьClaire you are one lucky lady 🎉
ОтветитьSo basically this is korean spaghetti
ОтветитьWithout watching any recipes I made this dish using spaghetti pasta😂was Hella good but this recipe looks bomb asf🤤
ОтветитьThis looks SOOO good!
ОтветитьDo you have a cook book yt
ОтветитьDo you have more Dwenjang reciepes? 🤣 I accidentally bought soy bean paste instead of black bean paste, now I don’t know what to do with the whole tub of Dwenjang 😅😂
ОтветитьMì nhìn ngon quá ạh
ОтветитьWe have eaten this 3 times this week, and are planning on cooking a big batch for lunches this weekend. Delicious!
ОтветитьIf you dig this, you gotta try Cincinnati spaghetti.
ОтветитьWhat knife is that?
Ответитьthis is amazing 😊 i rarely modify your recipes but skipped the beef in favor of having grilled pork belly on the side because that's what i had. i can only imagine how delicious this recipe is with the ground meat....for now.
ОтветитьLuv it but i only used half of the chili paste mixture , too salty for us….
ОтветитьLove this channel, love the recipes and food. Came across Aaron and Claire a couple weeks ago and it's reignited my joy for cooking. Made 5 of the recipes so far and love them all. Had guests over and made one of the recipes and everyone love it.
Just finished making this now and can't wait to try it with my wife.
Thanks for sharing. Can u please add the ingredients in you r description. Thank u.
ОтветитьKorean American here. I only had leftover seared chicken thighs so thats what I used. Yangyum chicken vibes for those who have been craving it. I definitely can say I never tasted these flavors at a Korean restaurant or home, especially after using jajamyeon frozen noodles :) Claire is spot on with the dan-dan noodles comparison...thinking about adding peanut sauce!
ОтветитьTrust me…
ОтветитьToo expensive to make.
Ответитьare there any options to substitute doenjang? I don't have any at home and can't get any atm. I've got miso and chinese doubanjiang I know it's not the same but und clothest thing I've got to doenjang atm.
Ответитьthis looks amazing
PS: does gochujang need to be kept in the fridge? in the stores I always see it just in the shelves
was out of ideas for meals and this was nice, quick and easy to make. Love it! Just a side note for next time, easy on the gochujang XD
Ответитьfor mirin is it the rice wine or the mirin sweet cooking seasoning ( there are two different ones??
ОтветитьAaron, I tried and LOVED this recipe. In the spirit of “Don’t worry about it, just use what you have” I replaced the soybean paste with peanut butter and left out the sugar. I also replaced the ground beef with diced leftover steak from a previous meal. So delicious!!!
ОтветитьCan I use samjang instead of the sesame paste?
Ответитьmicrowave gravy anchovies
