Avoiding the Covid-19 virus through masks and social distancing is a public good. But it only takes a couple of individuals not participating to vitiate the group. Not only is the public good eroded (public health), but those not participating force a negative externality onto other individuals. Do you have a video or document that explains this behavior in terms of collective action?
