Ok. None of those methods are good. They still not as good as on your iPhone. I have 2 solutions to be real colors, as on iPhone: 1st, Open on iPhone your video in iMovie and when export select options, export as normal video (I don't remember what checkbox to use, but there is only 1 or 2 boxes), 2nd in premiere: Right Click -> Replace with After Effects Composition (It will load in AE in good colors, like on your iPhone) -> Save, name a file. Done. in Premiere you will have compositions instead of mov, but it's good workaround.

- SEQUENCE SETTINGS - WORKING COLOR SPACE REC709.
No need extra steps.
