ОтветитьDoes that mean the peanuts were still free?

ОтветитьThe Sir , makes the both of you and your stewardesses hero's ! The both of you landing that aircraft safety and the staff doing their Jobs helping maksire everyone made it off nobody left behind ! Thank you for your service !
ОтветитьI had come home from nursing school in Idaho and settled in to do some homework. Turned on my computer and all across the home page was the picture of the Airbus floating on the Hudson with all the passengers out there standing on the wings. Rocked my afternoon - couldn't hardly believe it! Also remember what a tough time it was for the country at that point. Seeing that plane float like that gave everybody hope. There was one lady standing out there, she was holding up her shoes and her bag and, OmG, her toes were getting wet!
ОтветитьHe's a hero but he has this uncanny resemblance too joe biden 😅
ОтветитьAirbus carried gg
ОтветитьListening to Captain Sully, so eloquently describe that day, was like listening to 12 precious minutes of the most beautiful poetry.
ОтветитьWhat a ham
ОтветитьThis was a team effort: flight crew, cabin crew and passengers made this escape happen.
ОтветитьWhy did Capt.Sully not give credit to the AIRBUS Aircraft that was responsible for all those lives being saved. Is he afraid of the National union of Boeing drivers who would ostracise him if he did.
ОтветитьI read his book. They were blessed to land the way they did. For a military person, he is very anti-American in his views. Typical corporate media brainwashed.
ОтветитьHow did the plane float having so much weight? Anyone.
Ответитьat 8m of the video i started crying.
ОтветитьSaw the plane in the water by BMCC. This dude rules.
ОтветитьNot only a hero, but the most intelligent man for an immediate decision
ОтветитьThis is the commander that every co-pilot would like to have at his side!
ОтветитьPlot twist: These were actually trained terrorist Canadian geese sent by the Canadian government.
ОтветитьHe has icewater running through his vanes. Such a cool roll model.
ОтветитьAlways when some people makes something extraordinary, those keyboard heroes come up and tell they did it wrong.. Mastering Microsoft flight simulator, well, that is not real life, if you crash it, then you can pop another coke and restart the game.
Why are you people so hateful when someone has gone higher than you can even dream of, are you jealous of that extra step people can take to save lifes?
An American HERO
ОтветитьThey’re lucky Sully didn’t suicide as a result of the persecution of him afterwards by the investigators. I’m so glad he stuck it out. What they did to him was unconscionable. What a man.
ОтветитьAll fine & well, but it was determined that Sully could of made it back to field
ОтветитьGod bless you, captain!
ОтветитьJeeze what an amazing human
ОтветитьCORRECTION! It was NOT a miracle. He did his job!
ОтветитьPilot (me) to true Aviator (you Caption Sully) - Well done as you know
ОтветитьFun Fact: Aviators hate Avians
ОтветитьWhat about the poor birds that you killed ?
Ответить“The lore of aviation was written in the blood of hubris, from Icarus forward.”
ОтветитьThank you Captain!
ОтветитьMay god bless you Sir!
ОтветитьRight on! But you have to give credit to the design engineers on that aircraft. But not a word of credit. Come on Sully.
ОтветитьSully, have you joined the hundreds of other Pilots, both Commercial and Military, and tried to recreate UA-232 in a Simulator? If not, why not? Also, contrary to what you read on Wikipedia, you were NOT responsible for being the model for CRM. It is well documented and acknowledged by the FAA and NTSB that Al Haynes, during the flight of UA 232, set that standard. You need to set that record straight.
ОтветитьI'd like to interject something else that is going to annoy many people but so be it. What Sully and Skiles did was not an amazing feat of flying. Their APU was operational and their computer systems were operational. For all intents and purposes they could have landed that aircraft on a runway or the water. They had full control over their aircraft and ample room to land. The only concern was one or both engines sucking water and flipping the aircraft upside-down BUT the systems maintained the pitch accordingly. A VFR teenager could have pulled that off. If you want to read of a truly desperate situation look up UA 232 wherein all Hydraulics were lost. What the late Captain Al Haynes, First Officer Bill Records, the late Training Check Captain Denny Fitch (who was dead-heading home) pulled off in 1989 was remarkable. NO CREW, Commercial or Military, to this day (and hundreds have tried in Simulators), have even come close to crossing that runway threshold; they've all 'crashed'.
Rescue expected to find all Souls lost yet 184 survived. Read up on it. Then email Sully and tell him to get off his High Horse. (And contrary to what you read on Wikipedia, Sully was NOT responsible for being the model for CRM. It is well documented and acknowledged by the FAA and NTSB that Al Haynes, during the flight of UA 232, set that standard. Well documented and Sully needs to set that record straight).
Oh, has Sully gotten into a Simulator and attempted to recreate UA 232? If not, why not?
Is he reading prompt or telling the story 🤔
ОтветитьWhat can you say about Captain Sully Sullenburger except Brilliant, Hero and forever in History will go down as one of the worlds great Pilots, A credit to himself and would like to just say that along with Captain Al Haynes of United Airlines flight 232, i believe now passed away (Rest In Peace Captain Al Haynes), Two of Aviations Greatest Legends and to Captain Sully Sullenburger, along with your First Officer on that day and to Captain Al Haynes Crew in the Cockpit and all the Flight Attendents as well on both Fljghts, you are along with the Two Captains, Legends for all time, I dont't know if their are enough Superlatives to describe Captain Sullenburger except Thank You
Please forgive any spelling errors of Names.
This man is a national hero, extremely humble, well spoken, and calm. This is what you want in a pilot. Not to mention if this man wasn't an EXTREMELY well trained and experienced pilot, having flown fighter jets, most wouldn't have been able to make the decision to turn towards the water.
ОтветитьSully is a hero🫡
ОтветитьNot only is he an American Hero, he's a great orator, and extremally well spoken.
ОтветитьWould be interested to see if A.I could of landed at one of the airports.
Ответить😮👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
ОтветитьHe should be the poster-boy for anti affirmative action
Ответить3 words: we are fuc-ed... and he said NOPE!
ОтветитьA real HERO!
Ответитьoff topic, he has an amazing voice
ОтветитьSo far, the number 1 hero of our century.
ОтветитьSir thank you 👍👍👏👏👏
ОтветитьToot your own horn, Sully. You have the skills to back it up.
