I paid for elementor pro lifetime and now it's saying it's expired. tried to chat with the staff and the chat system keeps restarting.. dodgy company

Hey Tom, i'm kinda stuck here, i checked divi vs beaver vs elementor a while ago. Like a year and people were a bit sceptic about elementor. Should i go with elementor? I am very inexperienced but im pretty good with pcs so i'm learning. Site is live etc, but i couldnt choose a theme so i put it on hold. But last year i also heard u dont needa theme anymore when u use elementor pro right?? what should i do there? My biggest roadblock atm is that theme choosing and wpallimport being like 140 euros. Itll be a home and lifestyle webshop, so I need to load in data xml or csv which can be updated every day from 2 suppliers. Any tip on a good plugin that makes that easy? Wpallimport was VERY complicated, they have good support tho

Tom, I'm hoping you would have the time to answer this. I am a newbie and been stuck for weeks. I just refunded my Astra so I could start over with Elementor Pro - but I get so confused about the difference between the theme, templates and the theme builder - then there's the page builder. I am following you here but I can't figure out how to choose a theme - seems "hello" is what you need w Elementor yet there are 1800 templates...can you please help me break this down - guess you have to be a Kindergartner to get this stuff LOL. Embarassed to be so simplistic but I'm desperate - thank you!

Hey tom i need some help I have a website that I want to change to (clone) my things it is a website with a built-in rotator...I have been able to change a lot in the html code but when I click on the buttom of the rotator it does not rotate.. can i have your e-mail adres so i can send you the link off the official website thanks in advance

So after the year with pro and w/out paying for the next year, that means all the "pro" widgets and the rest of the pro elements will stop working and my website will breakdown?
