I can do every move that he does and some. Bruce Lee taught me out of a magazine called Bruce Lee nunchucks in action been doing it for 43 years.

Wrist! Very strong wrist!
Very strong hands & fingers.
Here is exercise for you.
1. Place full sheet of newspaper on table top.
2. Place your hand in the middle, palm down on the paper.
3. Close your hand, grasping the paper & pick it up off the table.
4. Start wadding up the entire sheet into a compact ball.
Without anything but your hand in mid air balling up the paper with your fingers and palm!!!
Not so easy huh?
Once you do this with one hand, do it with the other hand.
Do this 3 times with both hands,3 times a day for one month. You will soon develope very strong hands and wrist!!! You will surprise people. Good luck, good training.
