No Sugar No Jaggery Healthy Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe is Natural Energy Booster Ladoo

INGREDIENTS :-
~ Ghee - 2 tsp
~ Flax seeds - 3 tsp
~ White sesame - 3tsp
~ Poppy seeds / gasagase - ⅓ cup
~ Chopped dry fruits:
- Dates - 1 cup
- Pistachio - ¼ cup
- Cashews - ¼ cup
- Walnut - ¼ cup
- Almond - ¼ cup


Instructions:
Grind dates and keep it aside.
Add poppy seeds to a pan and dry roast it for 2 mins on low to medium flame, keep it aside.
For the same pan add 1 tsp ghee, add all chopped dry fruits (cashews, almond, walnut and pistachio).
Roast it for 2 to 3 mins on low to medium flame or until the dry fruits are crunchy…. transfer it to the bowl.
For the same pan add flax seeds and white sesame, dry roast it for 2 mins on low to medium flame
Transfer it to the same bowl.
For the same pan add 1 tsp of ghee, add grinded dates fry it for 2 mins on low to medium flame until the dates become soft, add it to the same bowl.
Let it cool down for 2 to 3 mins ( not completely), then combine all well, take a small portion, and make a small ball.
Roll the ball into roasted poppy seeds, and again press slightly.
Now dry fruits laddu is ready to eat…enjoy!!!!
