What are your favorite travel essentials? 🤍
ОтветитьI saw on another video someone pouring shampoo onto a plate letting it dehydrate in size and then put into small a container and then you have concentrated shampoo.... alternative when I go on long trips I take things in tiny ziplocks e.g. face cream. I throw out small containers that are empty as I go.. makes room for something new.
Ответитьthe brick folding method is just the konmari technique.........
ОтветитьYou are very fashionable. I see models that wear very cringe items. Everything you wear, is beautiful! ❤ Just like you! You have a good sense of fashion ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThank you for sharing you packing list. This will be so helpful on my October trip. 🙂
ОтветитьI like the brick folding method. I do use it. I can get so much more in my carry on. We are going to London, Paris and Barcelona them hopping on a ship to come back to FL. 5 stops before we head across the ocean. It will be a very long trip. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьIf you wear a lot of dresses, you don't need to match clothing. Just what shoes fit with the dresses you take with you.
ОтветитьWhat if you dont have a suitecase like the one you have? Because those ones break easily, i always use the other type of suit cases
Ответитьthe rolling clothes method
ОтветитьLike the brick idea and the large to small packing order. You don’t seem to use packing cubes.
ОтветитьCompression bags and/or packing cubes!
ОтветитьDon’t tell me what to do girl I can over pack like I always do
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. I love your packing tips.
ОтветитьWhere is the small drawstring pouch you use for your jewelry? I like the shape but am having a hard time finding something similar online.
ОтветитьNot me saying “just in case” 😂
ОтветитьWhat is the bag you use for your cosmetics / toiletries?
Ответитьlove the video and the idea behind those tips
ОтветитьI dont travel country wish i can ❤ but every summer i get change go every summer to New Jersey for a month with my grandpa from Arizona. And im over packing.. what some tips and hack it humidity of 80 degrees, my grandpa and I usually hangout day at beach or sitting breeze way we call it and lounges in walk way then weekend i shop with my aunt, hoping my grandpa get better we go another year in august , we dont have laundry place one we have just close down so i have wait for my uncle come back so im hoping we can buy this portable machine
Ответитьcompression cubes
ОтветитьI like to travel during summer bc it’s usually quite warm so I can pack thinner/smaller clothes. I pack 5 shirts (3 spaghetti strap vests and 2 shirts that double as pyjamas and day shirts), 2 denim shorts and 2 leggings (can be worn as pyjamas, with shorts or stand alone), 7 pairs of underwear, 7 pairs of socks for, 2-3 flannels and wear a hoodie tied around my chest and do laundry after I wear my clothes and hang them to dry. I live in the uk so weather can be unpredictable and the hotel rooms get very hot in summer so they usually dry within a day or two
ОтветитьIm going on a trip for a soccer tourney, ky coach always says to bring our indoor cleats incase something happens with the weather. I am willing to take that risk and not bring them. I dont need to bring that many shoes just for soccer
Ответитьhello from Ukraine)
very nice brown sweater
i like your channel)😊
Little wristlet with all the quick grabs - genius! Totally doing it!
Ответитьi love the idea of taking photos of outfits! makes getting dressed a quicker process while travelling! i also love the 20-20 rule, i will keep that in mind!
ОтветитьI love your suitcase! 🥲💜💜
ОтветитьThat out the door checklist is genius!
ОтветитьVery important tips is to scan all your documents and send to your personal email as well make some copies.
ОтветитьName of suitcase
ОтветитьWhat is the brand name of your suitcase
ОтветитьWhat if you only have a backpack though? Could you do a video with a backpack by any chance?
ОтветитьGreat video, good information
ОтветитьThe one thing I always do is to print/copy itineraries, reservations, passport, insurance, driver's license, and phone numbers for bank, credit cards, and phone company.
If your phone gets damaged and all your stuff is on it - you're in serious doo-doo! A hard copy can be slipped into handheld luggage and has saved my bacon more than once!
I love all packing tips ❤ very useful
ОтветитьWatching this while prepping for a Thanksgiving vacation to see my partners family! My favorite packing tip comes from the backpacking/camping world, and it's stuffsacks :) I have one from Sea to Summit that compresses to the size of a football, and in it currently I have 2 sweaters, a skirt, a flannel, and a light cardigan. I'm bringing a second one as well for my dirty laundry! I also never skimp on socks and underwear- I always bring at least one extra pair of each.
ОтветитьYou “created” the brick folding method haha I’m pretty sure Marie kondo would disagree
ОтветитьA friend just turned me on to using the Spacesaver bags with an electric pump.
The pump is pretty small so you can travel with it.
Quick tip about the water bottle: it doesn’t have to be empty to go through TSA security—it just can’t be liquid. So I like to fill it half way and freeze it beforehand. This way when I refill past security, I have ice cold water. 😊
ОтветитьI have been traveling across country a lot due to a family emergency and one thing I have started to pack is a little bag that I keep by my bed that has all of the things I like to use before/at bedtime: hand lotion, ear plugs, and eye mask. Everything is in a pretty pencil case that my daughter gave me as a gfit. This has been such a comforting and useful thing to have!
ОтветитьThese are all excellent tips! 😁❤️ For the capsule wardrobe, I pack at least one scarf/wrap/Turkish towel/Pashmina along with jewelry (which don't take up much room or weigh a lot) to pull all of those outfits together. I especially like your tip of a "before walking out the door" checklist. 😁
ОтветитьFolding all the same size. I never thought of doing that. I use compression bags that work great, but I’m sure that if I fold everything the same size it will be a more effective packing.
ОтветитьI always have my ear plugs, for tiny ears. My allergy meds and everything organized in pouches and packing cubes.
ОтветитьSeriously? A $500 travel outfit?! You made out pretty good on that but it's not helpful or affordable for the average traveler.
ОтветитьBrilliant. Thank you young lady, you've saved my day and my overloaded suitcase 🤦♀ I didn't know what the sipped compartment in the suitcase was for, but now I can pack things more neatly in there and zip to keep it from shuffling around. Fantastic! I could give you a hug.
ОтветитьNot nessesarily a packing tip, but a travel tip is to bring earplugs. Not just for the flight, but for sleeping. Wether you're in a hotel or camping, you never know who your neighbours are, plus it's an easy way to retreat if you feel your senses are overwhelmed.
ОтветитьIve done laundry in the bathroom sink or tub so many times. Im a 1 bag traveler.
ОтветитьI bring items I can mix and match, same w my kids. I try to go to places with laundry available. I also have my husband pack some important items ie sunscreen or hair items.
ОтветитьWhat brand is your carryon luggage?
ОтветитьI use packing cubes to keep my things in order
ОтветитьWow I learned so much watching this, thank you
ОтветитьTraveling can be stressful so thanks for the pro tips on making it great and memorable!
