I've been listening to Imogen Heap - Hide and seek recently and thus I find it interesting that there are sewing machines near the trains in this game.

Fun thing about gas tanks, the recycling centres won't take them as scrap if they don't have a hole in them. It was my job at 1 point to make those holes. Obviously you've got to make sure the bottle is empty which generally involves turning the bottle upside down with the valve open for 24 hours which I had to assume had been done when I got to them as I wasn't the 1 who did that then you could check them by tapping them on the ground and if they rang hollow then it was empty. Assuming it was empty I'd then have to smash a pickaxe into it. Which is scary but on the other hand for a gas bottle to explode with any force it would need to have a decent amount of liquid fuel in it so you could be pretty sure it was empty. I never had 1 explode but there was a rumour that someone my boss knew died from doing this because he didn't check the bottle before hand they reckoned. Anyway now I'm an engineer so I don't have to do dangerous shit like that any more now the most dangerous thing I do is sit down for 8 hours a day.
