Great video! But at 4.32 when you say "they go together into a group" how did you make that third chain labelled "Basic level" which groups the kick and rumble chains together?

Hi, thanks for the tutorial. Really helped me out. I have some questions about what you mean exactly with resampling your rumble. Do i record the "Kick group" which in my case means the kick and rumble? Or do i just record the rumble on its own? Or did you mean i have to record the complete group, thus Kick, Rumble, Perc and Atmos? Do you freeze the tracks and bounce them? Or do you create one audio track and record the input of that complete group? Thanks. You really help and inspire me. Hope you can clarify this for me!

I forgot to turn the output gain of my saturator down, and it sounded fine. BUt when I went to fix it, it sounded too quiet. Is it necessary to do this on a saturator?

What if you are using a kick/snare loop? Do I double them and take fx off one?

Whats the best way to achieve the rumble with hardware? TR8S specifically..?

I feel like this process would be slightly more difficult in Fl Studio, but when I get the funds to purchase Fl, this looks like a lot of fun to tweak around and get different results.

Trying to recreate this in FL Studio is what convinced me to buy Ableton lol. Wayyyy too many mixer channels I have to manually route

I have no idea about the craft of making music, nor had I had any interest in it. I like techno. I have heard someone complain about how a club's new sound system sounds for tracks that have "Kick-Rumbles". I googled. I came here. And I could watch for hours – the presentation is so informative and clear-cut!

Pro tip!
I recorded an old tractor and quatized four engine blasts between each kick and filtered out the highs. About the same result.

The rumbles in techno music to me sound really dated. I hadn’t considered that

Easier Way : Instrument-Group with Chains ??
I think you have do deactivate the "SPIN" , "CHORUS" and "DIFFUSION NETWORK" at the Reverb-PlugIn. The Rumble get more stable Consistency. Otherwise every single Rumble is different and you have to choose/sample the "randomly" right One.
