To think I watched this video 3 years ago and I’m still alive to rewatch this every few months I watched this when I was about 11 this asmr Video is my 3rd favorite my 1st was the one featuring Melanie Martinez.

I feel your pain regarding the acne. It can be tough to deal with, Roac is awesome, I have also had 3 courses and the 3rd does appear to have had a longer lasting effect. Stress is an issue with acne and your videos are a great way to alleviate that stress 😊

Just for accuracy's sake P. acnes is now named Cutibacterium acnes or C. acnes. Also, it is Staphylococcus epidermidis not epidermis (but that is an easy mistake to make =) )

Hello blitz, I am doing well right now. Very sleepy and this video really relaxed me to sleep. Since I am allowed to vent here, I will do so. I have a boyfriend but I have been debating on staying with him or not. I know this is just my fear telling me to leave someone that is clearly good for me and I don't know what to do about it, since I have this in my mind all the time. I do love him and care for him very much, I just feel odd. I have broken up with him before for my own personal break and I'm afraid I might do that again and upset him. I also worry that if I do end up taking another break that he will begin to think I'm only using him which is not the case at all, I truly love him. Other than that, I am struggling with the concentration and focus on my school studies. I also do not have any motivation to do anything with my life except my usual routine that is not making any progress. Another thing I must mention, is that I have been looking at my body in a negative way. I always see my body modifications as flaws and it really ruins my confidence and self esteem. I have tried to workout and eat better to maybe lose some weight and become healthy but it's a struggle when that motivation is extremely low. I end up giving up within a day. I honestly hope that soon, all of these problems will improve and I will finally get better. Thank you for letting me vent here, it feels good to take all of that off my shoulders.. and to those that may have read this, thank you for taking the time to read the struggles in my life ♡

I’m 35 on dialysis. I feel like I’ll be alone forever because who wants someone who needs a machine to survive. They can pick anyone, who will choose me. These videos help me feel less alone at night. I want to get married and be a dad. I just don’t know if it’s going to happen for me. ASMR helps my anxiety and loneliness very much.
