Wife just undergone this surgery on 22 Aug morning in Singapore. On 23 Aug morning she was already walking unaided in front of the orthopedic surgeon. Such is the advancement in total knee replacement.

Very good !@ but I feel by making holes in bone how much chances of bone breakage ? When you make a hoke where is tge dust of bone ? Isn't bone inside get damaged inside of the bone is living ? and get a chance of infection ? How can you take precise size of your knee implant as I have narrow and small knee at 66 as compared to my siblings who have broad and big knee ? Is there any TKR technique which retains all the ligaments with special kind of implants ? What is the most recent implants co for metal allergic patients ?Is there customized kned fit size implants available in yhe market after measuring knee of individual?plz do reply ? Waiting plz .....
