Know im late but 90% to even more of mariupol residential buildings has been destroyed by russia. And in another documentary showing these same houses it showed things are already falling apart. The basements are flooded out. Does anyone really believe that russia is going to rebuild these cities. When they cant even build roads connecting their own smh

Like reconstructing this many buildings in this fast is not that cheap (probably). Not every buildings are meet up with their standards. Just look at China at how they're able to expand their cities with tall buildings, in reality some of them are actually fragile causes harm to residents. In Turkey, after a massive earthquake 7 months ago, there are about 113 arrest warrants connected to building construction.
