ОтветитьDamn so many gems in this conversation. I didn’t even plan to watch this. It came on unexpectedly and kept it playing the entire way through. Grateful for this content.❤
ОтветитьIt's hard to find your way when u feel lost. I started listening to exceptional people, and parts of my mind were opened to a new perspective. I started to c things differently and now I'm a different person still me but disaplined
Ответить"All growth has a leap in the dark"
ОтветитьRyan Holiday has changed my life in such a positive direction. I am blessed and grateful for the Stoic philosophy. Thanks so much Ryan. Plus I think Robert Green is a 💯 absolute genius as well
Ответитьhow he describes his surgery is similar to the first few weeks after birth
ОтветитьWhat stands in the way, becomes the way ✍🏽
ОтветитьI have loved Ryan Holiday for a while now, and I am trying to live like a Stoic because of him. But I recently came to find Jay Shetty, and his story is very inspirational. I am beyond ecstatic that these two came together. Thank you for this! We need Robert Greene in a trio, please. :)
ОтветитьGreat great question about “Dad Guilt” Jay!
That is a very real thing. I have all this work I need to do on myself in order to be successful, but I have a lot of inner work that needs to be done.
With my job, there is not a lot of time for my kids and I feel pressure and sense of urgency to change my mind and circumstances
Fantastic discussion!
ОтветитьIn this enlightening conversation between Ryan Holiday and Jay Shetty, you'll gain valuable insights and practical strategies on how to steer clear of a life of misery and embrace a path of fulfillment and happiness.
ОтветитьUnwatchable with so many commercials
ОтветитьVVVVVVVVV
ОтветитьI have a great life and family but the only thing needing tweaking is my focus to want to be rich and make money. I am grateful for my job but it is just renting my time for low income. I wanna get my family a house and be free with my time . I know even if I attain that it’ll just replace itself with something else but I swear I feel like it is such a condition to my fulfillment
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьGreat episode, two gentlemen providing tremendous value!
ОтветитьThis is so true. In the Baha'i Faith, Baha’u’llah’ speaks of the veils of “idle fancies and vain imaginings."
ОтветитьGreat video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it
ОтветитьWe are blessed to have conversations like this publicly available. Wow… Was already a huge fan of these two, I knew it would be great, but this is next level 🔥
ОтветитьOh my god.. that went like 5 minutes. I could’ve listened to these two talk for days.
Ответитьi know alot of it is financially
so if work & rates arent good its gona b hard especially if u got thngs to pay for & debt to repay & u gettin injured work can b risky place if u follow accidents & deaths at different jobs & how often it happens
y i dont ever wana work at construction sites & other job sites with dust & dirt im quite picky with jobs
but definitly drainnin majority of ur time & day mentally & physically
i thnk within 6-12mnths i should get better with more options hopefully i gotta get some work tryin do 2 jobs for at least 6mnths
anyways mentally & physically at work takes alot outta ya so i thnk financial life has to improve
im start entertainnin myself less & workin more & gettin into routine & discpline again coz i wana fix da thngs dat make me unhappy & work is 1 of dem with time & risks it comes with isnt worth it alot of workers ive red & seen hav died at work for $1hr in 3rd world countries da work is alot more unstable & workers with no education so more accidents & such happen
dat would b a massive part gone i thnk most important it'l free up time to work on thngs & study & develop more skills & hav more balance to do more hopefully but im spend less & less time on internet & programin my mind better & habbits
but yes financial part is important for other thnsg to happen
Beautiful 😊
ОтветитьI admire many aspects of the stoic philosophy but it concerns me when emotions are labelled as potentially misleading. Our brain's chemical soup is never wrong, only the interpretation is many shades. Listening with curiosity over listening with mistrust.
Ответитьwe have zero control on anything. just relax and enjoy your destiny.
ОтветитьShetty out here crippin
ОтветитьHe looks like the football/soccer player Gareth Bale
ОтветитьI think the higher discipline he is talking about is called mindfulness.
ОтветитьPlease! stop spotify podcast ads!!. Bro your videos have been helping me a lot.
ОтветитьI am not even close to you guys age, nor am I studying for neet. I am a mother of 2 trying to get back my career on track. I have the world against me, trust me it gets harder when you grow older. So work hard now so you don’t have to regret later. Rakshita, I have your videos on a playlist and use it to pick up myself. You are so much younger to me but I draw courage from you. God bless you.
ОтветитьMin36: I have been dealing with the most terrible back injury ever in my sport life(as a trainer), exactly what Jay said, this made me become more mindful than past and forced me to slow my pace and take a look into my life. Its unbelievable that I had a roller coster of emotions . Hard to come up with this new version however Im still working on it and stay alive by wathcing you almost everyday🎉❤
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьFor a second, I thought that was Jerry Seinfeld!
ОтветитьThis dude is 🗑️
ОтветитьWhoever this guy is, he's on-point. Discipline is not about grinding all the time, it's about consciously doing the right thing at the right time, despite distractions, thus adding efficiency to your life.
ОтветитьI’ve got trading tips 😊
ОтветитьJay Shetty, you're looking great dude. You don't look so.... "fake" anymore I guess? No offence.
ОтветитьAnyone notice how often the term “addicted” is used
Seemingly everywhere
Ryan and Jay today is Batman and Superman teaming up. Love it guys thank you
ОтветитьSpending my time listening to this episode was worth it. love your podcast Jay.
ОтветитьThank u guys so much for this inspiring show
ОтветитьI really dislike the hustle culture, its faceless, fake, lying world. There is a great alternative, called the 10 principles of burning man and the four agreements by DMR, and the art of living a displined life with values and walking your talk and empathy. Too bad that 30 years ago this hustle culture really began. People stopped listening to their elders.
ОтветитьWe lived through the largest wealth transfer
ОтветитьSo much game in this video. Thank You both.
