Shelby Park is a park that is located on 47.4 acres (19.2 ha) of parkland on the banks of the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, Texas. The park is owned and maintained by the City of Eagle Pass. It is not owned by the federal government.. PERIOD

Considering that people from both parties in Washington have been stonewalling immigration reform for years, I'm not surprised that states decided to take matters into their own hands.
Do I like what's going on? No, but this is what happens when one kicks the can down the road. One day you're going to run out of road.

When the guvment tells it's own citizens and soldiers to stand down and allow a foreign invasion, Then it's obvious they are no longer working for the people but for personal/corporate/globalist interest. Constitution Article 3 - Section 3 and Article 4 - Section 4 gives the state and it's people every right to defend itself. Especially from a guvment funded invasion.
