As someone who studies Jungian-influenced personality systems like the MBTI, I can definitely say with confidence that this video is pretty much on the spot!
Especially when you mentioned how Jung didn't want people to be labelled as personality is too complex. It was more for a generalized idea and pretty much an oversimplification

Theist's & atheist's alike can agree on these facts as self evident on the scale of evolutionary elevations from the first microbial life to the primate to the human . Within these processes are the keys to not just the physical , but also the emotional and the psychological factors that make up the present day brain of all animals , especially human beings !
Deviation from normalcy can be compared to a cancer that changes the healthy psyche to a criminal tendency mind ; this occurs from mental & physical mutations , caused by many inward & outward factors
When the author talks about introverted & extroverted personalities , it must be considered that within each and everyone of us , there are scales of intensities & mild-nesses , inscribed from an infinite number of variables contributing to the construction of human emotions & physicality's !
That is to say , no two personalities are exactly alike , because of environment , genetic factors & physical health or illness !
