1) Is posible yo create an event for a maximum of people? For example, when It arrives yo 10 persons inscribed, the event don't let anyone else.
2) To inscribe into an even, is mandatory yo have the app. I mean, nobody without Meetup can book a place on one of those events.

I started a meetup group and I scheduled a dinner. My question is....when organizing a meetup dinner, how does the bill get split/paid. Does everyone get separate check or does the organizer pay for it and then everyone venoms cash to the organizer. Thanks much!!

Im in LA. Joined a few meetups but only attended 3. Not bad, but not good experiences with all 3. I was thinking about starting my own but the cost threw me off and lil jittery about having that responsibility. But still 60/40 in atleast giving it a try. Its harder now due to covid but zoom is an option.
