This January will be my first trip to Disneyland. Been to Disney World 20 times. What I do at Disney World is I bring a 1/2 or 1 litre nalgene bottle and Drink mixes. If you go to any quick service location they will give you a cup of water free if you ask for it. Pour it into the bottle and add the drink mix. It saves a lot on beverages and you take what you like. Another big saver is parking. Daily parking at a Disney park is $20. If you stay off property for 5 days that's $100 just for parking. I park at Disney Springs and take their buses to a resort then transfer to a bus that goes to the park I want. Plus It allows me to check out a resort and dining options there. It's a little more time but you save a ton of money.

Yoinks! This must be an older video! Didn't check the date! Card's gone? Anyways, our group likes Plaza Inn. Shareable meal, refill on fountain drink (1×) and the chx & roast rock! Knew it was older vid cause Earl closed & reopened after the hotel debacle.

Eating snacks and just one big meal worked for us last time we went to Disney. We were so excited running around didn't get as hungry as we normally would. Also it was nice using my starbucks app and use free drinks I had saved.

We bring in our own lunch (bring your own food is totally an option), we only buy snacks in the park (because we want to eat them) and then we leave and eat fast food or Denny's after we leave and have a LATE dinner.

Dont forget that the corndog cart will give you a corn dog ONLY if you ask for it, this will take $2 off your total making your corndog around $7, really smart especially if you dont want fries anyways

I don’t know if you know about this but on Main Street on the very corner there is this Coca-Cola shop place that sells amazing cream cheese filled pretzels and hotdogs for a good price under $10

I’ve been debating about making a reservation at a restaurant, or ordering from a quick fast food place while in Disneyland. It looks like all the restaurants are near the front entrance? Is that correct? And the fast food places are spread out? I’d prefer not to walk all the way back there for lunch if we’re on rides very far away from the entrance.

2 years late lol but two meals I would recommend to share:
1) Specialty Chicken at the Plaza Inn, about $18: 3 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and vegetables. Not too sure, but I think you can sub the sides, such as subbing the veggies for a 2nd mashed potato side. It depends on the person bc some haven’t offered so you might have to ask, but they let you choose which part of the chicken you want (breast, leg, etc). The norm is 1 chicken breast and 2 chicken legs. Come here almost every trip to Disneyland, it’s really good.
Can feed between 1-3 people, depending on how much you all eat
2) Carne Asada & Red Chili Enchilada Platter, Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurant, about $13 last time I checked?: 3-4 slices of carne asada steak, Mexican rice, re-fried beans, 2 enchiladas, lettuce, & 2 tortillas. I haven’t had this in a while but it’s tasty! The portions aren’t huge, but it’s definitely shareable between 1-2 people, 2 at most.
