And girlll I’m a tutor and these kids are soooooo behind. Ik parents have to work and all that but if they spend just a little extra time with them at home it would make all the difference. They would notice they need help way earlier/ even just help them memorize times tables. Some of these parents have their kids in 7 sports and activities and the kids are tired and behind in school. Like pls

I enjoy watching your videos. You should monitor the amount of toxins you introduce to your physical structure. There is no such thing as "external use only". All chemicals will find their way into the bloodstream. Through inhalation, through the skin through digestion.... Be mindful of that with all the chemicals you have in your cleaning supplies, hygiene products and foods. ❤

What i’ve found to be really fun while working out is treadmill struts they’re like 20-30 and you can choose your fav artist or genre! My fav are def the Rihanna ones

I agree on the parent and teacher thing but I don’t have kids neither LMFAOOO 🤣🤣 so who am I to say but I definitely have watched the way my sisters raise their kids compared to how I would treat them when they are around me and it’s different so that’s another thing. Kids are “bad” bc the parents treat them as such or the parents actions have influenced the kids.. not bc the kids were born that way smh
