ОтветитьI noticed alot of content creators cook their briskets the same amount of hours the pounds are. Like if it's 14 pounds they cook it for 14 hours. We don't have to cook it that long to get nice tender brisket? I'm cooking my first brisket Friday. Also is your cook book out yet so I can purchase it?
