Sorry but this was a horrible traumatic experience for this little fella, sad to watch. You could have just nudge it to leave the road and wait 5 mins. Koalas are very sensitive. Stress can casue chlamydia outbreak and they can also refuse to eat after such stress :(

Poor, little babe wriggled hard & gave a real fight to free himself then got very still when held & clambered up rather hesitantly, may be shaken, to his safety. Thanks for putting him back on a tree. Calm down now, baby k. It was a really frightful encounter for you but he meant well to take you home.

Aw bless 💜 the guy just wanted to get her off the road so a car wouldn't hit her. Just before he put her on the tree, she was looking him in the eyes pleading for her life, she didn't understand what was going on xx
