How to become a Life Coach?

This is a calling on my life. Being a life coach. Somehow it will happen. I was very naïve I must say, I didn't believe that I had to put in this much work to get an audience, sell myself and prove myself but it's taking me years. Thank you for this information.

My coach showed me the same thing ... I wrote a book and he showed me how to coach from it. My $7 book turned into $4k in coaching fees within about 3 weeks ... and I've never looked back! He earned his money ... and so did I! Coaches make a difference ... there's no question.

What if we help coach people to develop their own filter to distinguish what underlying ideas or values are conducive to their goals and mission, so they can have improved legibility (?) Of reading or seeing what will best promote their personal goals and hopes? Then their autonomy isn't compromised by arguing or persuading them, and they can trust us better, and this technique holds the belief that all humanity is innately defaulted to "good and sane", just like a bird naturally knows how to fly humans naturally know how to heal and help, and people just need gentle guidance that allows for people to develop their own metaphors or process for understanding the world instead of being forced to take on another person's metaphor because it's "better". Idk if this makes sense but just idea

someone earns 15$ per hour - need life consultation /coach - and they need to work 25hours to have 1 hour of consultation ??

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm a therapist. I have students and clients that don't need therapy but need guidance on getting their life together. This is where coaching comes in. In school, we were taught about coaching & consulting. You are God sent. Thanks for all that you do.
