If the pin hole in the gas tank, is where you can reach it, a pointed wood pencil might be able to be tapped into it.
Or, if possible, screw in a self tapping screw with a rubber washer on it... ,
But, I ain't no expert... :)
Thank-you again for the tractor ride.
ОтветитьPete - I grew up on a farm. We raised crops instead of livestock (did have some chickens and turkeys). Currently work in the power transmission industry. Man I hated farming and now as I am older wish there was a way I could do what you are doing! Good luck and God bless.
Ответитьyou and my son have the same sense of humor.....lol
ОтветитьPete, stock up on maintenance items for your equipment. My finance guys are suggesting severe supply issues as we near years end. A simple fuel/oil filter, fan belt, bearings, etc, could keep a quality piece of equipment down and out for a while. ✌🏽
Thanks for all the content. I love your channel. You
Pete,
A large hole was found in the middle of the road this morning... Police are looking into it.
Father says to son "Don't yell through the screen door, you'll strain your voice!"

While your jokes make me physically sick, your videos are fantastic! keep up the good work!
ОтветитьI really enjoy y'all's show, very interesting and fun to watch. God bless from Kansas
ОтветитьI don't quite understand what it is about haying that stresses you out. Could you explain that, please? Is it about knowing when the hay is ready to bail - but that doesn't seem like an issue for you. Weather related? Thank you in advance! I love your videos.
ОтветитьPB Blaster is very good and vehicles are a loss!
ОтветитьMy dad purchased a farmall m in 1941. It was the bighest tractor around back then.
ОтветитьAnother great post Pete 👋🇨🇦👍👍👍

Have 1998 grand marquis in good condition. You have a great attitude to be hard working using good common sense and keeping one's spirit light.
ОтветитьNice Brookings shirt :)
ОтветитьThese videos are unreal. They calm my anxiety better than ANY drugs or whatever. I so enjoy you sharing your experiences and life. Also, stingy with vehicles or not, you can NEVER go wrong with a Tacoma, or any Toyota.
ОтветитьUuhhhhh, that’s not a diesel engine.
ОтветитьI alway dated the oil filter.

ОтветитьHilary haha I just love ya!!!! You are a good sport.
ОтветитьI am jealous of your tractors!
ОтветитьI'm the same way with making hay, I love it but it also stresses me out some much sometimes. Love watching your videos!!!
ОтветитьHow will you fix the fuel leak. .. humm i think i would try sand down the paint a bit & then a wad of WD weld & Duck tape over the pin hole. Not sure if that would hold.
Ответить\Love it all miss this time of life
ОтветитьThx
ОтветитьPete, I know this is two years ago and someone may have turned you on to this. But, if you are still having issues with the Toyota linkage try non-drying silicone spray. I believe PB blaster makes some. You may be swelling those linkage grommet bushings with the PB blaster and making it tighter and worse. Just a suggestion friend. 😊
ОтветитьPete you should use the MD to cut hay or clip the fields in 2024-2025
ОтветитьYo
ОтветитьPlant potatoes
ОтветитьThe people who invent and design that equipment are geniuses
ОтветитьThank you Pete, Hilary and Dad!! Never gets old. My dad custom baled little round bales. I would follow him at age 8-9 in the pickup down the highways and gravel roads of Iowa so he would have his tools, gas, and a ride home. I also learned to drive the H during hay baling time. I was 8. Good days on the farm. You bring all of those great memories back to me. Thanks again!!!
ОтветитьHi All, there is something I should have clarified in the video: my fuel tank leak is in the 1 gallon starting tank, not the main diesel fuel tank. I put less than a pint of fuel in it to get the tractor started. The tank was empty and had quit dripping by the time I drove the tractor into the field. Rest assured I will repair it in the proper fashion.
