Много лишнего. Можно один кусочек сала порезать, и всё, одну картофелину натереть, а не всё сало и всю картошку. Пять галушек отрезать. Видео получилось бы короче. А так слишком затянуто. Смотрела кусочками перематывая.

I've watched a number of these Maria videos. Super impressive! She is no slouch! No wasted movement always from one task to the next (knitting while something cooks, etc). I wouldn't want to mess with her LOL. But wow what skill and knowledge. It's all simple stuff that our grandparents and forebears did. Basic ingredients, all from the garden the livestock (pigs and cow) and just prepared simply and beautifully (and looks delicious)! I also love that nothing goes to waste and there's not a single item of plastic to be seen or paper towels, or other throwaways, etc. All glass and porcelain and cloth. Sustainability 101. Bravo!

Ukraine is so beautiful. Here in the southern USA we call that pork fatback. It’s used in beans and greens. Some people also fry it up and eat it by itself. Thank you sharing.
