Good video
Ответить70 days no beer... Not missing it either...Am making it permanentl.120 days sober now....
17 months and counting!
I hope I can do it too
ОтветитьI just wish I could manage 3 months, difficult when you make and sample your own beers. 👍
Ответить48 days today! Started telling people I don’t drink, my 21 year old son, says it’s amazing! No going back 😁
ОтветитьAwesome video. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
ОтветитьYou look great ..keep going :)
ОтветитьWho was it that said " Reality is an illusion created by the lack of alcohol ? " . Well, I've just ordered the 28 day no booze challenge book, out of curiosity of course !
ОтветитьI'm on day 7, just hoping to be able to make it through january! (though part of me would love to be able to make it permanent... maybe I can, maybe I can't YET... but I WILL make it for this month! If I can do that, then there's KNOWLEDGE that I can do it again!)
Ответитьsarah is pretty!
ОтветитьI think you’ve gotta be a few years in before you can say you’ve quit whole heartedly. People get a bit carried away after quitting for 4 weeks.
ОтветитьWhen there is more regret, despair, sickness than enjoyment it is time to stop drinking.
ОтветитьI had an anxiety attack, in that moment I knew I had to drop it, feeling amazing now 🏄♂️👊
ОтветитьLove this video, good for you Sarah!
ОтветитьWow you radiate now.. ... so wish I would of done this earlier.. I am exactly the same.. nights out can go either way but usually downhill... I’m one month in but it’s been easy because of lock down.. living in the city centre doesn’t help me curb it... ✌️
ОтветитьAmazing story good for you
ОтветитьAmazing!
Ответить7 months sober for me. The peace and calmness ive felt since i gave up the drink has been absolutely great! I dont miss drinking that poison into my body. If I can do it anyone can im sure❤👍🏻
Ответить4 months this week!!
ОтветитьI wish I could quit drinking. I constantly attract too much attention when I hit the town...I'm sick of this...
Ответитьwell done to you, 22 march 2020 was my last drink it took nearly forty years to learn that, never going back to alcahol
ОтветитьI feel the pain
ОтветитьI lost my job over it in November and didn't give a fuck Now it's January and no job too go to tomorrow
ОтветитьWell done Sarah
ОтветитьThis channel deserve 10 million subs...but idiots have such fan base not true content makers..
We need such videos for. Youth .society for people to save them frm this devil...drugs and alcohol
Once I started tracking calories and learned about the unhealthy aspects of SUGAR and ALCOHOL....I really cut down on my intake. Now....losing weight and feeling great!
ОтветитьI just scrolled down a bit and glanced at several testimonials but at the moment I cannot read more because I'm drinking some beer and even though I know it is poisonous to my life, I will have another before bed...and as always, I will wake up throughout the night and sip on some water because of dehydration..have my usual uncomfortable dreams in between..wake up feeling horrible...go to work with red eyes and blurred vision...on my break I'll look up videos about how to stop drinking and feel strong in my resolve, but on the way home the Beerwolf inside of me begins to transform..with or without the full moon...some entity shows me the sadness in the past of my dad suffering and dying from cancer, and also the images of our sweet black labs Magic and Nina suffering and dying....the images stab into my mind like a dagger and I feel that I will never find peace...become sober and happy?
How?
On my 2nd week of not drinking again and feel 10x better already, have only now realised how destructive alcohol really is, I can now say everything bad thats happened in my life was directly down to alcohol. Determined not to go down that road again ever
ОтветитьI'm single, no kids. I drink much more than this lady. I drink alone at home (social outcast).
Thing is, I don't get hangovers and I can afford the booze.
just do it moderation....................(IF U CAN).............
ОтветитьAwesome video Sarah, congrats and thank you,God bless you girl 👍🙏
ОтветитьStopped September 2019 .Didn’t have a alcoholic problem.
Just got fed up with the usual bullshit.
Always kept myself fit so was only drinking to be sociable.
Great waking up with no hangover and fitness in the bag.
Two months… Feeling new
ОтветитьGod bless your soul.
ОтветитьMy daughter at 3yrs old would tell me No beer daddy. That just broke me. Not going back to being a slave to alcohol, for my daughter.
ОтветитьGood on ya.
ОтветитьGreat story. So happy for you. I quit 8 days ago. I’m 59. I was drinking 7-12 beers 🍻 a night. Every day for many months. I was spending everything I had on beer. I hope i can keep this up.
ОтветитьYou look terrific and I’m sure you feel even better! Kudos to you !
ОтветитьThank you for sharing Sarah. Best wishes for the future.
ОтветитьThis story inspired me, like looking in a mirror, thanks for sharing your story
ОтветитьAlmost 12 weeks. Feels amazing 🙌
ОтветитьSarah wrote an article and had her Christian faith and God wanted her to give up drinking. She is a faith writer and speaker, yet she doesn't mention the faith aspect AT ALL! Strange
ОтветитьSo much easier to work out when you dont drink.
Doesn't take that long to feel and look good .🙏🙏
