ОтветитьAlright first of all, I’m a healthy weight but seriously unfit.. I did everything except the end, as soon as I jumped and my feet landed I knew I effed up… the jelliness of my legs… they locked up and if I didn’t put my hands out I would have fallen flat on my face lmao. Can’t do that part yet but I’ll try to work up to it. My legs are shaking like a leaf Omg

I’ve always been flat and skinny so I decided to do this workout. I’ll update yall for about a month and see the difference.
Day 1: ☑️ I hardly made it through the workout, sore, and tired
I‘m so proud that I finally did this. I wanted to do it for months now but I didn‘t have any motivation. It feels so good now that I did it. I really like the workout! I will try to update everyday. We can all do it!!
Day 1 - Feeling good afterwards, my thighs hurt a lil bit but the workout didn‘t kill me as much as I thought it would…. I hope I did everything right. I will update tomorrow ^^
Day 2 - My thighs hurt but I’m feeling okay after it :)
Day 3 - My thighs hurt so bad the whole day and it was hard to walk stairs but I did the workout now and I’m really proud. I don’t know if I will have time to do it tomorrow but it wouldn’t be bad to take a lil break anyway. My thighs would be thankful Ig ^^
Day 4 - BREAK DAY ^^ Would do it today but I have literally no time so I’m gonna take a lil break and do it tomorrow, my thighs are still hurting btw🥲 but remember guys it’s okay to take a break and don’t overwork yourself!! :)
Day 5 - the workout was really hard for me today. I think it’s because it’s very warm in my room and also I am a little ill :/ hope it will be better tomorrow
Day 6 - Today I felt much better while I did the workout and after it. I‘m still sick and that‘s so annoying because it‘s harder to breathe but I did it!

Day 1 : my knees are killing me ofc, and legs are tingling.
Also, since i knew what to expect, i could feel my stances and movements were more accurate and stable than when i first tried it.
But most beginners might struggle with these positions the first time so dont get discouraged... It took me 3 days to actually get it the first time around.😂
I am going to try this for 1 week will update after 1 week.

Day 2: legs are very sore (I’m seeing some results tho)😊
Day 3: legs are shaking so much but getting better
Day 4: hurts a lot when doing most exercises but I see a good result
Day 5: starting to hurt less execpt for the end but I’m seeing a big result
Day 6: seeing a bigggg result I’m loving it (still burns )
Day 7: a week has past I’m seeing a major result I absolutely love it!!
