ОтветитьThanks for the heads up it goes to show that if someone helping others not being relaxed themselves does no good & now we have a great way to last long so again thanks for spreading the word as I will make sure to let all my fellow therapists know tomorrow :) have a great weekend.

ОтветитьThe other thing is that the motion was coming only from the shoulder, when it should be coming from moving your entire body using a lunge.
ОтветитьThank you Spencer, love your videos and I had learn a lot with you 👍👏👏👏
ОтветитьThis is what teacher tough us Therpaist. Relax your wrist, but also don’t move too much of you shoulder cuff, while applying pressure to the shoulder rotator cuff. Shoulder injuries happen. I know three therapist with I know who are Fu*k up and in pain. But again this is wrist info.
ОтветитьI’ve been constantly focusing on relaxing more when massaging I used to do gymnastics so you can imagine how stiff I naturally am lol thank you!
ОтветитьWait--so when my massage therapist jumps in the air and lands his knee on the small of my back....that is bad???! Whoa. No wonder I always scream.
ОтветитьSpencer, you just wanted an excuse to say fasciitis. 😂
ОтветитьI need to move to Spokane! ;)
ОтветитьGreat advice! In massage school they pressure us to do that.
