The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Is A Supersized Family Friendly Electrified SUV

Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you all had a great holiday weekend! Toyota actually let us know that the HP rating for the regular hybrid is ACTUALLY 245 and not 243, which was said in the video. More power is always nice to see. What do you guys think of the grandest of Highlander’s?

1 day, I buy a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander.

I’m glad this came out. I was looking at the Jeeps 3rd row. Currently have a 10 yr old JX35 and my kids are getting teen big, so Kia/Hyundai size 3rd row won’t due. I don’t like those huge SUV’s like Yukon or Taho, they don’t fit in the garage. I’ve previously thought I’ll never drive another 4cyl even in a car, because they all feel so sluggish, but with the engine advancements over the last decade I may give it a go with the hybrid max. I’m also seeing them for just under $60K in stock at dealerships so they are available.

I CANNOT GET OVER HOW CHEAP AND TINNY THESE DOORS AND HOOD IS. THE DOORS LITERALLY WOBBLES AND SOUNDS LIKE A ALUMINUM CAN WHEN CLOSED.

Test drove the grand Highlander today. Did not think the seats were comfortable at all. The seats are extremely shallow (under the legs), and I can’t imagine how a man or tall woman would like these. Also plan to sit directly up by the windshield as it is very slanted into the drivers area. Just wasn’t impressed with any of it. Love my Expedition! But for the heck of it I got an out the door price. Expect to pay about 8G over MSRP. It totally sucks!

Why did Toyota go with the old battery technology Ni-MH and not LifePo4 or Li-on? Come on, Mang!

Have the rav4 and this is an upgrade I'd appreciate

Toyota thinks everybody must have a backup Money Tree on their backyard in this recession. People are not getting raises they're getting fired that is how recession Works in this country. Investors return is always the highest priority.
